I cancelled a hotel reservation and received full refund on the hotel cost. But, I did not receive refund on travel protection I purchased, $**. I called Travel Guard, the insurer. They said that since Expedia booked and paid for it(??) that Expedia needed to handle the refund of the travel protection. Travelguard would not do it directly. So, I need to have confirmation from Expedia that they are refunding my $**. The cancelled itinerary number is ************* sept ** to Sept **, Exeter Inn. Pls don’t confuse this with my current reservation beginning Sept * at same hotel. Thank you
