Our credit card has been debited with the following transaction:*Expedia ************* Expedia.Com.Aus*Amount ****.***Currency AUD *Transaction date ***********However my hotel has not received the payment or confirmation for it. Habitat hotel in Peru has been advised that Expedia has canceled my booking and has refunded the amount debited to my account* however I can not see the credit for it.*I have contacted Expedia through your Peruvian Office on ********** (Peruvian time) and was assured I was going to have the matter resolved and would be contacted within * hours. I am still waiting more than ** hours.*Also when contacted your office I was sent from one section to another without any satisfactory answer.*I trust this will reach the correct department and get a satisfactory and prompt response as it is causing a lot of distress in a time I should be having holidays.
