Upon arrival checking in was a hassle * desk clerks could not figure out the reservation I had to call Expedia to do the job for them. Finally after they figured out what they did wrong I was given a key and able to go to my room. The room itself is a disaster there are roaches, holes in the walls, the air conditioning is practically non existant, there are exposed wires on the ground next to rotten and rusty frame. There is black mold covering the room to the extent where you can smell and taste it. I have a child in the room who can't breathe this toxic bacteria. It's a health hazard at best which will cause respiratory problems. I have pictures. This should be unacceptable to anyone anywhere. I would expect a lot to be done to rectify these issues. I've booked hundreds of hotels and this is by far the worst I've ever seen.
GetHuman-kevronin did not yet indicate what Expedia should do to make this right.
