It’s a great disappointment that you haven’t understood the gravity of the situation and completely brushing off the stress which I am enduring by simply paying of *** pounds vouchers from Expedia for the future use . It’s of no use when I am penniless for my moms funeral which takes the priority. You can’t pass the buck to the technical error and bury the grave incompetence of your staff and has completely put me in this situation which my refund will take *-** weeks when your employee said the refund will take mere ** hours. There should be some mechanism in place to refund the money immediately as an exceptional circumstances. Failure to do this , leaving me no choice to take this issue to ombudsman and resolve it .*Kind regards, *Pandiyan alagarsamy
