booking no **************dear sir or madam*I have just recentley booked a hotel through you (expedia) and confirmed by you to stay at aranyaprathet for a few days. after a drive of over *hrs with my wife and two small children, we arrive at hotel to check in to be told that we do not have a booking with the hotel as the hotel has not used any booking company on the internet for over * year.*We get in touch with your call centre, so over the next hour they check and come back to us and tell us there is a problem and they would find us some where else to stay, they fineley come back and tell us they would refund our money.*I now have a problem that myself wife and * small children are some what stranded * hrs from home with no where to stay.*So we start to drive around to try and find a hotel to stay only to be told by the hotels we asked at that they were fully booked. we decided the best thing we could do was to head back towards bangkok and may be stay there. When we finely get to bangkok the traffic was so bad that rather than go in to bangkok we would drive back home. so with every body in not a good mood ** hrs later we get home.**ROBIN L TAYLOR
