Hi my name is Stephanie Schusse and I booked a hotel in Long Beach, CA called Hotel Salina on the **th of August. I tried to cancel it a week ago and I thought it cancelled but I guess it didn’t. I just cancelled it right now and it said it was going to charge $** on my credit card and I was wondering why it was going to so that if it cancelled it last week. I would love to not get charged when it told me I did cancel it a week ago. The deadline for it was for today at * PM and I was very confused on why it didn’t cancel. Thank you.
