Hello, my name is Emiljano Kosta.I made a reservation through your company for vacation to Majestic Elegance Resort for period **.**.**-**.**.**. The room number was ****.The next day I arrived there on Monday Dt:**.**.** in the morning I received a phone call on the room from your local agent that greet us a welcome & said that we had $** credit for each of us me and my wife in total $** to use for spa. We did the spa and when we did the checkout on Sunday dt. **.**.** they told us that we have no credit. I contacted your local agent Francisco there located in the resort for this issue and he did a report and told us that the company will contact us by phone or e-mail within ** hours. So far we haven't received any call or e-mail. We want to know if you received this issue report or no and what phase it's the case.
