Confirmation ************** I made this reservation through hotels.com which states that I had until the **st before * o’clock to cancel this reservation without penalty. They have it on record that we called at *:** PM on the **st in plenty of time before the cut off time. Then when ahead and charge me $*** anyway. After bantering between the hotel and hotels.com for the past two months they told me I had to contact you. So here I am. I want a full refund. I am on Social Security, a fixed income and I cannot afford these charges. We were scheduled for depositions in New York City for the dates allotted. They were canceled so I obviously had to cancel my hotel reservation. What are you going to do for me?
