I made a hotel booking for July **-** in Beijing, which was confirmed by Expedia. Itinerary * *************. When I showed up at the hotel, I was told that the reservation was canceled by Expedia. I had NOT asked for cancellation and there is NO notification for Expedia of such a cancellation. I ended up having to book the only room left which is twice or more as expensive as the original booking. I'd like Expedia to explain what happened and compensate me for the extra I had to pay.
