The issue in GetHuman-annegutm's own words
We booked tickets through you on Cape Air for September ****. There was a hurricane and flight cancelled. Tickets good for one year until September ****. I called Cape Air to book new reservations. They told me to call Hahn air. Hahn air told me to call Expedia. Both Cape Air and Hahn air could find us in the system with our ticket numbers but couldn't book new flights. I was on the phone with Expedia rep for over * hours. He couldn't find our tickets. He called Hahn air and told me I should be getting an email in ** hours straightening this out. He took the information of the new flights we would like to book. * days have passed. I have heard NOTHING. He told me our information would be in your system but I cannot get through to you by phone. This is frustrating and aggravating and I would like to hear from somebody in your customer service.
GetHuman-annegutm did not yet indicate what Expedia should do to make this right.
