I cancelled as soon as I saw that YOU, Expedia, had put us on the wrong flight.*I had chosen and double checked that I chose Delta Airline *:** flight on ****** from AVP to Phoenix, AZ.*I was told that my refund was pending and that it could take up to * days to refund the $$. This is highway robbery and the misuse of my funds is causing me great anguish.*I will never use Expedia again unless, I get me refund back into my creditcard account immediately.
I trust that Expedia will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
