I booked a flight using my American Express Card, I spoke with American Express prior to booking they helped me link my account that would allow me to apply my points to the purchase. However when booking the flight Expedia web-site did not give me the option to use my points and changed the full amount, now after waiting for over an hour the solution is to cancel this flight and charge me and additional ***$ because the prices have gone up??? REALLY someone needs to call me this is your mistake and your agents are not at all helpful, Please have an American call me that can comprehend the concept of customer service. ***-***-****
