Good afternoon. I recently booked with Expedia and arrived at the hotel today to find that I was given A one king size bed room. When I booked I booked for two queens and chose the Crowne plaza because it included breakfast and wifi with the deal. The people here have been very nice and relocated to our room to a two queen room, however, the cost for breakfast is $** per person per day. At $*** for two nights, it is certainly not a deal if breakfast is not included. Thankfully the people here were able to work with us. However, there is nothing they can do about breakfast. I do not like to complain, but there are many hotels in this area and there are many companies with which to book. I don’t know what happened but I am very disappointed and would like to be compensated in some way
