Frustrating because no one to directt adequately, wrong information was given, no buses as promised, had to walk so far, went through security again while connecting flight was boarding. I have an implant and had a full pat down which was inconvenient.
This could be made right by admitting the error. Apologizing for unacceptablle and inconvenient service provided and options on how the service can be improved in the future. Counting on you to offer a soution that would be satisfactory to all concerned.
