I booked a hotel room at America’s Best Value Inn and Suites for one night on July **th. I read the cancellation policy and there was no cancellation charge. You could cancel up to *:** the day of arrival. I canceled today, May **, ****. I found out that I was charged $**.**. Never disclosed any information that Expedia would not refund my money even though I was well before the fee would apply. It seems very dishonest. The staff was lovely and helpful. They gave me the phone numbers to call trying to speak to a human. I would appreciate being reimbursed the amount I was charged.
