Was supposed to fly in * days to Morocco, now BA flights cancelled due to Coronavirus. Want a refund but cannot get through to Expedia on any of the UK numbers.**Have tried:****** *** ********* *** ********* *** ******At best I get an automated number which tells me I can cancel via the website (which I can't) and then the call ends. I would like to see one big 'cancel and get a full refund' button on their website - that would save all of us trying to call. Very poor show :-(

I waited on hold (without yet speaking to someone) for virtually two hours. The the issue was then half-fixed. The hotel and shuttle transfer were cancelled by the agent and a full refund given. Apparently I need to speak to British Airways to get a refund though as it was an 'NDC' booking - Expedia were just the online booking platform - it was BA who take the money from your account so it should be BA who refund.
