Hi,**This is Jaspreet Singh. I and my wife booked AC ticket via Expedia on June **th from YYZ to LAX. The itinerary number is *************. We never used that ticket and now we want to use those credit, but we don't know why it is showing Expedia that it is a used ticket when we never board the flight. AC said it is a no show ticket. We have been calling Expedia since last two weeks. Expedia Supervisor, Berry was on call with us and told us that he will look into the case and will give us the same flight price (the day we called him to book it, was $*** for Dec. ** to Jan. *) to LAX from YYZ. **We want to book this ticket asap. We don't have extra time to call Expedia everyday and fight for our own money. We are very upset with Expedia's customer service.***We also reached out to AC via email. **Below is the email we sent to AC and the reply we got from AC.**------ Original Message ------*From: *****@***.com*Sent: ********** **:** AM*Subject: Rebooking unused ticket**Hello,**Me and my wife booked a flight from YYZ to LAX from June **th to **th. It was an Air Canada flight booked through Expedia. We spoke to Expedia representative for re-booking the flight. In rebooking process, Expedia contacted Air Canada and got the reply that the ticket is used from Air Canada. We never took the flight and it is an unused ticket. Can Air Canada please solve this ASAP so that we can book our ticket timely.**Also, we called before June **th and Air Canada confirmed us on the call that we can rebook these flights with the same Airport and flight.*From: Customer Care *CustomerC*****@***.com**Sent: Tuesday, October **, **** **:**:** AM*To: Jaspreet Singh ******@***.com**Subject: Rebooking unused ticket AC:**************** ***Case: CAS-*******-J*H*W***Dear Mr. Singh,**Thank you for contacting our Customer Relations department.
