Change my return flight to the **th of April. ... Booked flight to Charlottetown from Victoria BC Apr *, return Apr **. * *Enrolled in school for that duration. School sent message yesterday, saying final exam is now on the **th, their error.**Tried to change my return flight from Charlottetown to Victoria, Expedia told me on my *st call to them, they can't help me, Air Canada is responsible.**Called Air Canada. They questioned why one leg of the * leg return flight was booked as a 'Basic Economy', which has limitations on changes*cancellation. I could not explain why Expedia did that.**Called Expedia back as Air Canada mentioned that Expedia should be able to rectify this. Talked with Adam, then asked for his Manager. Manager said my only recourse was to use my Credit Card insurance, he would not be able to modify my flights. He told me to find 'somebody high up' at Air Canada to deal with this, no name*title or contact provided.**Expedia told me they could not change my flights to the **th of April, despite numerous available seats on a variety of flights. **Promised last night ( **:** pm) that the Expedia corporate office in Las Vegas would call me at *am Pacific. Now an hour past that promised call time. Nothing but crickets.**I want my return flights ( * seats) changed from April ** to April **, Charlottetown, PEI to Victoria, B.C.
I've used Expedia before, had been happy with their service. I won't bother again, will cancel my 'Membership' if not rectified. Have travelled Internationally a few times this past year, feel I won't be using their service(s) to book flights or accommodation*rentals cars again. Have had similar issues in the recent past with another company, ( Hotwire) who went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They modified a booking despite a 'no change' clause.

I've used Expedia for the past couple of years. Expected better effort in trying to rectify the situation, modify booking, I was willing to pay the change fees even....
Called Expedia twice, got the runaround. No callback this morning ( scheduled for * am ) and now again, nothing at *pm ( again scheduled)
