I was booking a trip. your website to fill in the information was extremely slow. Then when it was time to submit, it said that something went wrong, and to try again later. I di try later and as I was booking it said that there was a price drop. The site was again extremely slow , i mean about ** to ** minutes to fill in the boxes. Then when i was about to say a warning came on that the prices had increased . The new price was $*** more!. This is unfair as it was the Expedia site that was painfully slow* I then called Expedia. The agent tried to be helpful and eventually transferred me to Customer Service. I was put on hold for over ** minutes. Very frustrating! I think we deserve a refund for the difference in price.*Thank you
GetHuman-johntel did not yet indicate what Expedia (Canada) should do to make this right.
