The reason for contacting him was for us to find out why there is a extra $** a day guest fee when we were not exceeding the amount of guests per room. **Edi assured us that he would be able to sort out this situation. However, we needed to have an itinerary booking number first. **So, we did not want to confirm a booking. Though, we had provide our credit card for Edi to assist us to get an itinerary number. Then we find out that there was nothing Edi or his supervisor, Tony, could do for us. **Now, you have our credit card number and we wish to cancel without incurring a cancellation fee.
