The issue in GetHuman-steve_wa's own words
I am rewriting this...My itinerary booked through Expedia.ca (***********) had * adults share a room at the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel in Secacaus New Jersey arriving July **th to July ** (* nights). I was robbed the first morning of July **th in the Hotel dining room and had all my ID, credit cards, camera and most of my cash money stolen. A police report was made out. My problem is we had to cut short the stay by * day and the * of us divided the * nights by paying each of * night. My Visa bill just arrived and shows a charge of $**** Cdn charged to it and a credit of $*** CDN credited back. My calculation puts my one night fee at $*** CDN which is much higher than the agreed upon rate. FrNkly the hotel isn’t worth near that much a night. I haven’t gave a rating to the Hotel stay yet as I was waiting for the overall experience to sit in. Can this be charge be corrected as the other * nights were charged to my friends credit cards.
