Hello, I am writing to inform you about an incident with the packaging of the 4-pack box of Evian 1.25-liter water bottles. In mid-September, I experienced an injury while trying to separate two bottles that were glued together. When I finally managed to separate them by applying force, it caused me significant pain. Although I initially feared I had broken my wrist, the pain eventually subsided, but I continue to experience discomfort daily over two months later. I chose not to seek medical attention as the injury is on my non-dominant hand, believing I could manage the pain. It is possible I have a torn tendon. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that you may reconsider the packaging design to avoid similar incidents in the future. Sincerely, Lynne P.

Dear Concerned Party, I am grateful for the efforts made in producing healthy water for customers like my mother. Regrettably, the local store no longer offers the Evian glass bottled water that helps stabilize her blood sugar due to carrying only plastic bottles now. It would be greatly appreciated if there was a way to purchase directly from Evian as online orders have been unsuccessful, leading to damaged goods, cancellations, and refunds, causing stress and impacting my mother's health. I kindly request assistance in finding a solution to this crucial issue so that my family can secure the necessary bottled water. Your support in resolving this matter would be invaluable.
