I'm unable to access my account as I ran out of authorizations. Initially, I had to remove access from an unfamiliar device due to a security breach. Subsequently, I re-logged in on my Mac, only to be directed to the web browser, which made it seem like a different device. Consequently, I had to deauthorize the web access. As a result, I am now unable to access Evernote on my Mac as it keeps redirecting me to the web platform when trying to sign in specifically on my Mac. The distinction between these access points is perplexing, and I require a resolution to regain entry to my account. Thank you.

I have been attempting to retrieve my data for several years now. My Evernote account is linked to [redacted], which was hacked, denying me access. Despite contacting Evernote numerous times, they were unhelpful until I miraculously gained entry to my account. I requested assistance to transfer my data but was unsuccessful. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I recently logged in to find that the account associated with [redacted] was not registered. Despite notifying support, they referenced my previous data transfer request. Unfortunately, all my work has vanished, causing me immense distress. Despite proving my identity with photos of my ID and brancard, I have been unsuccessful due to various challenges, including issues with account recovery and external factors. I am frustrated and devastated by this ongoing situation and the loss of my data, which is a violation of my privacy rights.

Back in [redacted], I canceled my basic Evernote account. Since then, I keep receiving emails from Evernote, but now they are all in Spanish instead of English. It worries me as they might contain notifications about account activity, and it makes me question the security of Evernote. Recently, I started receiving emails in Chinese as well, which adds to my concerns. R. Phipps

I currently store most of my information in OneNote but I am looking to transition to using Evernote exclusively. Although I have been a Premium user for a few years, I have encountered difficulties transferring my data over. I recall encountering an initial monthly limit which proved frustrating, leading me to abandon the process out of annoyance. While I am fairly knowledgeable about computers, unexpected challenges can still arise. Is there a detailed guide available to assist me in migrating smoothly from OneNote to Evernote without encountering monthly transfer limits? I prefer a seamless transition rather than a piecemeal transfer that could result in confusion over where my information resides. Furthermore, my notes suggest that I am currently using [redacted] for Evernote, but I now prefer to switch to [redacted], as I have discontinued using Outlook. How can I go about making this change? Thank you for your guidance.

Hello, I recently encountered an issue when attempting to log into my Evernote account. The screen indicated that my password was outdated. I proceeded to follow the provided instructions to request a password reset email. Unfortunately, upon checking my email, [redacted], including the spam folder, I discovered that I did not receive the password change notification. Could you please assist me in investigating this matter further? Thank you. P. S. If you are unable to reach me through my primary email, [redacted], kindly send your response to my alternative email address: [redacted]

I have been using Evernote since [redacted], and Evernote Plus for several years. I recently updated Evernote from Version 8.13.2 to 10.17 on my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE with Android OS 11. However, I am not satisfied with the new update for the following reasons: - Automatic syncing while typing - No way to undo changes in a Note - Difficulty accessing Notes view and settings - Unable to select multiple notes I attempted to revert to version 8.13.3 by reinstalling it, but I am unable to complete the sign-in process. After entering my email address, I cannot proceed to type my password, even after trying various troubleshooting steps like force closing the app and clearing data. Now, the app does not even prompt me for my email address. How can I successfully go back to Evernote Version 8.13.3?

I renewed my subscription on my iPad through Apple and was charged $47.80 instead of the usual $44/year. To access all features and sync on all devices, I had to upgrade to the new personal version for $69.99, totaling $74.80. However, the initial $47.80 did not apply to the upgrade. After upgrading, the app prompted me to upgrade again, charging another $74.80. I need help getting a refund for the initial charge and one of the duplicate $74.80 charges on my Apple Goldman Sachs card promptly. Thank you.

I am requesting to cancel my subscription to Evernote. I recently noticed a charge of $69.99 on my credit card for this service, without receiving any prior email notification. I realized that a year ago, I was also billed the same amount, which I had missed until now upon reviewing my account. I have struggled to reach out via phone, unaware that this is no longer an available option, and I also forgot my password, preventing me from logging into the website. After some searching on your website, I found this message writing method. Although I used Evernote in the past and enjoyed it, I haven't used it in about a year. I kindly request a full refund to be issued to my credit card. You can contact me directly via email at [redacted], as I am unable to log in using Google or Facebook. In case of email issues, you can reach me at [redacted]. I look forward to your prompt response to my refund request. Thank you, Edward M.

Hi, I set up an Evernote account a while back with the email [redacted] and username "purchena1". Unfortunately, that email is not working anymore, so I can't check my messages. Yesterday, I tried to log in to Evernote and was told that my password had expired. They sent a reset link to the old email, which I can't access to create a new password. I'm now unable to reach all my saved info stored in Evernote from over the years. I would appreciate guidance on how to recover my account, update my email, or any other solution you recommend. My current email is [redacted] Thank you.

I tried to purchase a student discount as a student with ADHD. They mentioned I needed an account, so I created one, but I was charged $59.99. My university is affiliated with Evernote NUI Galway, but I used my Gmail to register. I am unable to access the student account due to my Personal subscription and I require the 50% discount refund as I cannot afford this charge that was deducted from my bank account.

I have a new account that I've had for a while. Unfortunately, I've lost access to my old account because I no longer have the old email addresses associated with it. I can prove it was my account because I had a paid membership, but I'm not sure how to resolve this issue. I do a lot of writing and I have important records saved in that account that I don't want to lose, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, F. Amado

I am experiencing an issue where PNG images are not being displayed in the most recent version of Evernote. The current version only shows "Untitled Attachment" along with a warning sign. Hovering over the warning sign reveals the message "Image could not be rendered properly." This problem does not occur in the legacy version or in the web version of Evernote. As a result, the latest Evernote update has rendered the app unhelpful for me.

To whom it may concern, I tried to upgrade my account to the personal version last October. I successfully completed most of the update process but encountered an issue with the final payment step. I did not receive any payment notification from my bank, leading me to believe the payment was declined. Subsequently, I attempted the subscription process again, which also failed. Recently, I received an invoice claiming I subscribed to Evernote Teams twice and will be charged approximately 2000HKD for a 2-year period this month. This is erroneous as I only intended to upgrade to the personal version. I reached out to you immediately upon receiving the invoice but have not yet received a response. I kindly request your assistance in verifying and rectifying this matter.

My toddler accidentally edited an important note on Evernote, replacing vital personal information with random content. Despite my efforts to locate an old backup, I couldn't find one due to the app's synchronization. I've checked the trash and other notes within the app without success. How can I retrieve an old backup to restore the lost information?

I have been using Evernote for several years now, and I have a crucial Notebook where I store website names, URLs, user IDs, passwords, and other identity information. Recently, I encountered an issue with this notebook, which contains hundreds of notes. When scrolling through the list of note subjects alphabetically, the entries for Facebook start repeating themselves continuously until I reach the last few notes, which display the correct data. I suspect that this might be a bug in the app because when I reverse the scrolling direction, I see the correct directory entries relative to my current position in the notebook. Despite the large number of notes in the notebook, I believe that all the data is correctly indexed for access. It seems that the app struggles to list the index efficiently when the notebook is extensive, leading to this frustrating experience. I use Evernote on both my Android phone, a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and my Microsoft laptop, but the issue persists on both devices with different operating systems. I have not found a solution yet, and I believe it is more likely a code-related problem rather than a data issue given that it occurs on multiple devices.

I have been an Evernote user for years. Unfortunately, my MacBook Pro stopped working, and I lost access to Evernote. I have since switched to using an iPad and installed a copy of Evernote. Initially, everything worked fine, and I could view my notes. However, on the next attempt to use Evernote, I couldn't access anything. I have had past experiences where I lost my notes but Evernote was able to restore them flawlessly. I have been using the free version as it meets my needs. Now, all I want is to retrieve my old version of Evernote and my notes. I have been using the email [redacted] with the password possibly being GeneThree. Evernote did allow me to access my notes once before, but now nothing seems to work. It seems like my notes were found, but then everything went wrong. I would greatly appreciate it if there is anything you can do to restore my old version of Evernote and my notes.

I installed your app on my Chromebook, but it's not working well on Chrome. When I paste unformatted text, it messes up the formatting and causes a headache. Additionally, my Grammarly correction tool doesn't work in the app. I switched back to the browser-based version, but now I'm getting an error message when logging in saying my access is blocked due to suspicious activity. The instructions mention contacting support by selecting "Send us an email" and "Continue as guest," but I can't find these options on the support page. I can still view my notes on the app and on the web page using my Windows 10 computer. Please fix this issue or provide steps to resolve it.

I noticed a charge on 6/22/22 from "GOOGLE Evernote g.co/helppay# CA" for $69.99. While transferring Evernote data to my new phone during a phone upgrade, I faced some issues and received assistance from Evernote staff. They temporarily upgraded my account to aid in the data transfer. However, I only use two devices, my computer and phone, and do not require the extra features of the upgraded level. I was under the impression this upgrade was complimentary with no charges involved. Can you please confirm this and issue a credit for the charge? If you have any inquiries, please contact me via email. Thank you.

My Evernote subscription recently renewed, but I encountered issues with my credit card being charged twice. After updating my payment information, I found myself locked out of my account for weeks. The situation escalated until my bank intervened, reversing both charges. In the midst of this, I unintentionally logged in with Apple, leading to further confusion with login credentials and email verification. Since May 22, I have struggled to regain access to my account due to these complications. I have been frustrated with Evernote's automated responses and the lack of clarity in their instructions. Despite requesting direct communication, I have not been able to connect with a support representative. In the midst of troubleshooting, I received a private relay that I am unsure how to utilize. I am seeking assistance as my attempts to resolve these issues have been unsuccessful.
