Problem. Couldn’t access original * year old account. Don’t know why but answer was for me to provide original user name which I had forgotten. Took several assistants and * technical persons with me providing a lot of addition information. But finally I found the original user name. And instantly restored account access. Evernote back on my favorite note software list.

Restoration of my original account required my original user name which I had forgotten. I provided several options of potential user names that I might have used one of them worked and the account restored * days after losing access to that account.
