I currently have the free basic version of Evernote on two devices - a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus and a desktop computer. A few years ago, I was informed that the basic plan only allows for two devices, so I removed it from an HP laptop. However, today I am receiving a message on my desktop stating I have exceeded the device limit and need to upgrade or be logged out. Despite attempts to log back in, the same message appears. I checked my Google account settings, where it is not linked, and I prefer to maintain the basic plan on two devices. I encountered no issues until now. Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Name: Roxy H. (previously Roxy C.)

I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my Evernote Premium account despite resetting my password. I left a voicemail regarding this issue and have yet to receive a response from Evernote. I've attempted to log in using both my username and associated email address. I have been a dedicated user but have noticed a decline in user-friendliness across various platforms. As a seasoned IT professional with 18 years of experience, I am disappointed in the recent changes and lack of customer support. My Premium account is set for renewal soon, but without satisfactory assistance, I may discontinue using the service. According to a recent business study, a 5% increase in customer retention can yield a significant boost in profits.

I have both premium and basic Evernote accounts. I am looking to synchronize Evernote, recover lost data, and manage my passwords effectively. Unfortunately, I didn't renew my premium account in time, resulting in lost data except for my new Kubi notebook, which seems to lack the premium features I paid $69.99 for on Dec 3. My other devices are not synced, and I have lost data that I cannot recover. The new tablet cannot sync with my cell phone, other tablet, and laptop, and they are not listed as devices on Kubi. I am having trouble identifying my email address associated with the account. I have tried "forgot email" but encountered a web error message. I believe it may be [redacted] or [redacted], but I am struggling to authenticate att.net. Previously, I used [redacted] and [redacted] as Evernote addresses, but it seems the att.net address is only recognized on Kubi. There are various unfamiliar addresses associated with my account that I need assistance with: ajclayton137 [redacted] [redacted] I am seeking practical solutions to these issues and not just a forum discussion.

I originally had the basic version of Evernote on my Nexus tablet and iPhone. When my Nexus started freezing, I switched to a Samsung Galaxy tablet. While my apps transferred correctly, my Nexus remained locked for a couple of days, preventing me from removing Evernote. Once unlocked, I promptly deleted Evernote from the Nexus. It seems that although I thought I had Evernote on my new Galaxy tablet and iPhone, I encountered an issue on the iPhone where it redirected to a "devices" screen, indicating I had reached a limit of 3 devices. I only intend to use Evernote on my Galaxy tablet and iPhone as my second device. Despite trying to reinstall it on the iPhone, the same "devices" screen persists. I seek assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I am having trouble with my boss's Evernote email "[redacted]" when sending notes to his Evernote account. The response I received from Jackson M. at Evernote Support indicates there might be an issue with his email address being unknown. Although I can send notes to him from my email successfully, when he tries to send notes from his email, he does not receive them. It appears there is a mix-up with the email addresses associated with his account. Can you please assist us in resolving this matter? Thank you.

I have been using Evernote on my Macbook Air and Huawei mobile phone for years and love it. Yesterday, I had to update the Mac OS and reinstalling all my programs took over 4 hours. When reinstalling Evernote, I accidentally created a new account "[redacted]" instead of using my real email "[redacted]" and password. I ended up with two accounts and couldn't understand why my password for the original account didn't work. After creating a new password, I managed to access my notes, but a prompt to upgrade my account keeps appearing. I realized I had two accounts and deactivated the "[redacted]" account, but the prompt to upgrade persists whenever I log into my original account. I am unsure how to resolve this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been a loyal user of Evernote Basic on my Mac and mobile device for many years. Recently, when upgrading my Mac OS, I accidentally created a duplicate account with a similar email address. Despite deactivating the incorrect account, I am experiencing issues accessing my original account on the desktop as a prompt to upgrade covers the screen after 30 seconds. Additionally, the mobile app is prompting me to delete one of the devices, even though I only see two listed. I noticed the incorrect email address contains a password from the deactivated account. The initial part of the address is "jennifer3260.4f7f50c" and I would like the correct address to reflect the password "Breath1ng0ut". I kindly request assistance in ensuring the incorrect account "[redacted]" is fully deactivated and that I can access my original account seamlessly on both devices, as it contains 42 important notes. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter promptly.

I am hoping for some guidance regarding my program selection. I am unsure which of the three options to keep or delete. The choices are: "created 61 months ago," "last used 19 hours ago," and "current device." I previously used the one created 61 months ago on my old phone, but I am now using a Samsung Note 9. I need to identify the correct one to access my passwords in Evernote. Urgent assistance is appreciated. Thank you for your prompt response.

I have been receiving emails about suspicious activity in my Evernote account for over a year. Despite reaching out multiple times with no response, I have finally moved all my personal information to a more secure location. It would be helpful if Evernote could provide a platform for users to address their concerns and receive prompt assistance. I had to create an account just to share my experience. I am considering reaching out on social media to raise awareness about these ongoing issues. It is frustrating to receive notifications about a seemingly inactive account. It is crucial for Evernote to address these security breaches promptly instead of notifying me about the issues they are facing. I am left wondering why I even had to change my password in the first place.

I received an email from Evernote stating that suspicious activity was detected on my account, prompting a password reset. The email advised me to create a new password on the provided link and review the applications with access to my account. Additionally, it recommended changing my password on other websites where the same password was used. For further security tips, I was directed to Evernote's Customer Security page. If I have doubts about the email's legitimacy, I was instructed to refer to the Help and Learning page for clarification.

A few months ago, I attempted to transfer text from Evernote to another app, but encountered an issue when the text wouldn't paste. Upon returning to Evernote, I found that pasting back the content and using the undo function were also unsuccessful. My username is [redacted], and the note I am referring to is titled "Sailing Experience." Could you kindly email me the original contents of that note? Thank you, Chris

I am desperately seeking assistance with Evernote recovering all my notes. Today, I experienced distress when I attempted to access my account but was unsuccessful. Surprisingly, just a few days ago, I could access it without any issues. I took the step of changing my password when I faced login problems, and upon regaining access, I discovered all my notes were missing. I am boggled as I know Evernote stores all notes in a database. I have tried everything I can on my end, but my notes seem to have vanished entirely. This is unsettling as I did not have backups stored elsewhere. Urgently, I am requesting Evernote to restore all my vanished notes. I would greatly appreciate any help provided on this critical matter. Ticket number: [redacted] Email: [redacted] Thank you, Adrian

My boss shares his Evernote notebooks with me. He uses the mobile app and I prefer using the desktop version. I recently lost access to the widget that allowed me to view his notebooks, specifically the Properties one. I used to see a screen with options on the left (including Tags), a column for notes from recent to old, and a space to write notes. Now I only see a screen with all green lettering. When I log in with [redacted], his notebook is no longer shared with me. How can I revert back to the original black and green screen and access his Properties notebook to add notes?

We are encountering difficulty accessing a Google account as the password reset was unsuccessful, and account reactivation was not possible. The account was deactivated to begin anew, but reactivation hit a snag due to unknown password. This account is crucial for tutoring students, making urgent access imperative for our new tablet system for Evernote support. Your prompt assistance in reactivating the email is greatly appreciated. If a solution can be provided by Friday, it would be most beneficial. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Best regards, The AMPUP Program

I am experiencing difficulties with my Evernote account. I am unable to sync my account properly or contact Evernote through the application without being logged out. Recently, I noticed that my notes are not syncing across all devices and it seems like duplicate notes are being created from the past. 1. On my iPhone, I have [redacted] synced notes. 2. Online, Evernote shows [redacted] notes synced correctly. 3. However, on my Windows 10 PC, syncing fails with a red exclamation mark. I only see [redacted] notes, and there are 7 "no name" categories that seem to be duplicates of old notes. I hold a Premium account and have updated Evernote on my computer to version 6.17.7.[redacted] ([redacted]) Public (CE Build ce-62.1.[redacted]) after running updates on my Windows 10 PC.
