An event payout check (the amount our company was owed) expired during the pandemic as the company is working remotely. The customer service department will not answer the online ticket, created through their "customer help" screen. The * options they provide for help reasons wasn't an exact fit, but they owe my company close to $****.**. How can we get in touch with them outside of a Better Business Bureau complaint? Nothing online seems to work. Thanks.
