I have registered for two events with Eventbrite. I can't get the tickets. I have my password written down but it says it is wrong. I have repeatedly! asked to reset it and repeatedly get an automated answer that they have sent a link to reset the password to my email but nothing comes. I have emailed customer support with all the information they want. I have tried different browsers and the ipad, the iphone and desktop. No link to reset the password comes. I am going to miss the events - one of which I paid for and they charged twice - if I can't resolve this. I think probably I just need to change the password but they don't send the link.

GetHuman5302858 did not yet indicate what Eventbrite should do to make this right.
