Hello, I recently purchased a ticket for my son, but unfortunately, it was issued under my name instead of his. I am hoping to make a correction before his Anime event this weekend. He has been looking forward to this for a year, and I made an error in the booking process. I have attempted to contact your team via email multiple times but have not received a response. I am feeling very desperate as I want to ensure my son does not miss out on this experience. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Marissa M. Email: [redacted]

I am currently unable to access my Eventbrite account. A colleague mistakenly reset the password, leading to confusion. Following the reset steps results in a prompt to contact support due to being locked out. When I attempted to reach out for help, I was directed back to the password reset process, creating a frustrating cycle with no solution in sight. I need to check the RSVPs for the upcoming event "3rd Annual San Antonio Neighborhood Day" to plan accordingly. My account is registered under [redacted], and the last known password used was "Snoopdog1" approximately a week ago. Any assistance provided would be greatly appreciated.

I bought tickets for the Workers Night Out event on 05/19/18 at the Clarion Hotel in New Castle, DE. Unfortunately, I never received my tickets as they were sent to the wrong email address, [redacted], instead of [redacted] Everbrite asked me to provide the confirmation number, which I can't do as it was sent to the wrong email. I've tried to get Everbrite to re-send the confirmation to my correct email or refund me. So far, no one has responded. If I don't hear back soon, I'll have to take further action with my financial institution and the Better Business Bureau. I hope to get this resolved before the event, please contact me via email or phone at [redacted].

Good afternoon, I bought two tickets for Becky's event titled Traptending scheduled for June 11, [redacted] from 5pm to 9pm. Upon arriving at the listed location, I discovered the building boarded up with no activity. Despite inquiries, the only response was the event had been postponed. I am disappointed with this lack of communication. I am requesting a full refund for the two tickets. Waiting for a rescheduled date seems unnecessary considering the ample time available to inform attendees of any changes. Thank you for your help. - Alexis D.

I am Channing Carney-Filmore. I require help with updating my payment information for the Life is Beautiful Music Festival in Las Vegas. The third payment was due on the 22nd of this month. Due to leaving my original card in London, I used a different card for the second payment. As the temporary card from Wells Fargo only lasts a month, I need to update my payment information for the remaining payments. There doesn't seem to be an option to add a new card, so I am unsure of how to proceed. Your prompt assistance in updating my payment details is greatly appreciated so I can continue purchasing tickets. Thank you!

I am enrolled in a payment plan for two Life is Beautiful tickets, and one of the tickets did not charge on the third installment. Although I have not been informed about the failed charge, I noticed it on my own. I have reached out to support twice and received an email saying the payment failed, but I have not received the follow-up email within the expected time frame. I am worried that I might miss the 10-day grace period to update my payment information and my ticket could be canceled, despite having made two successful payments. I kindly request to receive the link to update my payment details promptly or to have the existing card on file charged again, as there should be no issue with the payment.

I attended the Famous Food Festival at Tanger Outlets in Deer Park, NY today, July 14, [redacted]. I purchased 2 VIP tickets on Groupon. Unfortunately, the experience was a disaster. The event promised early entry, VIP parking, drink tickets, food trays, and a VIP area, but none of these were as advertised. There was no special parking or handicapped parking available as promised. General admission ticket holders were let in early causing confusion and anger among VIP ticket holders. The food trays were missing, and the VIP area was not exclusive as anyone could enter, leaving us with no seating despite paying extra to avoid inconveniences due to a disability. The whole experience was disappointing, and I am seeking a refund for what I feel was a misleading and poorly executed event.

Hello, I'm Jennifer, and I used your service in January to organize a retreat (Daughters of Rizpah Prayer Retreat [redacted]). After the retreat ended, the event was closed out systematically, so I couldn't access all the information anymore. I am currently planning the same event for January [redacted] and would like to access the system, use the existing information, update the dates and details for [redacted], without having to start from scratch. Is it possible to do this, and if so, how can I proceed? Kindly respond promptly so I can begin preparing for the new event. Your help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance. I prefer to have a conversation with someone, even if it means upgrading my membership. Please advise. Thank you, Jennifer

My friend bought me a ticket for Dancefestopia for tomorrow, 9/7/18. It's a general admission ticket with a camping pass, but they were resale tickets with another person's name on them. The tickets show the Eventbrite logo, so I believe they were purchased through Eventbrite. However, the email my friend received contained screenshots of the tickets, not official PDF files. When he forwarded them to me, they were still screenshots, which concerns me about their legitimacy. I want to ensure these resale tickets are valid before the event, and if they are, I would like to receive the tickets as PDF files. Thank you.

Last summer, I set up an account with Eventbrite and created two events: a gluten-free bread baking class in Austin on September 12 and another one in San Antonio. Recently, when I tried to make changes to my events, I couldn't find them under the Manage Events link in my account, even though they are visible on Eventbrite's website. I need to cancel the San Antonio event and figure out if someone registered for the Austin event and how to receive payment from Eventbrite for that. I had partnered with a local Austin event organizer, and it seems one attendee did not register through them. I suspect she might have registered through Eventbrite, but I can't locate the information that I entered when I first created my account. I would appreciate some assistance in resolving these issues.

I am having trouble resetting my password as I can no longer access the email linked to my account. I've been trying to update my email address without success for over a week. Despite reaching out to support multiple times, I have not received any responses. The account in question is for Keller Williams Seattle, originally registered with the email [redacted], which we can no longer access. I urgently need the account to be switched to [redacted] This is the eighth time I'm reaching out to Eventbrite for assistance. Dear Support, I would like to request to change the email linked to our account from [redacted] to [redacted] Due to recent staffing changes, we no longer have access to the former email. This change is crucial as we have upcoming events on 9/27 and need access to attendee information and to create new events. I have tried contacting support 4-5 times without success. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I wanted to address the difficulty I encountered trying to seek assistance on the Eventbrite website. The limited nature of only selecting from preset categories hinders users from obtaining help effectively. There should be an option to send a direct email if none of the provided categories match the issue, as in my case. Upon registering today, I noticed my location was inaccurately set to Tukwila, WA, despite residing in Montana. Adjusting this default proved challenging, leaving me stuck with irrelevant search results. Despite extensively checking my profile, correcting the location setting appeared impossible. How can I modify the default search location or ideally reset it entirely to conduct keyword searches without location restrictions? Your support in resolving this is greatly appreciated. Best regards, -Tom

I purchased two tickets for the Iris Halloween Party on October 27th, [redacted]. The order numbers are #[redacted]36 and #[redacted]65. I received confirmation from Eventbrite and could see the tickets in my Eventbrite app. However, when the tickets were scanned at the venue, they were deemed invalid due to fraudulent activity on Eventbrite's platform. The venue would not accept the tickets and required me to pay again for entry. I was advised to pay at the door and dispute the purchase with Eventbrite for a refund. I have screenshots of the invalid message upon scanning the tickets if necessary. Thank you for your assistance in getting a refund for these misrepresented tickets.

I noticed a discrepancy in the email notifications regarding ticket delivery for upcoming events compared to previous concerts. In the past, the tickets were not emailed but were available at the Will Call desk, as stated in the Additional Info section. The email now mentions tickets being emailed, which is misleading. I kindly request the removal of this section to avoid confusion for purchasers. Our upcoming events on Nov 18 and Dec 2, hosted by the Oak Park Concert Chorale, are titled "The First Noël" and are at different locations. Could you please update the email notification to accurately reflect the ticket pickup process? Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you. - J. T.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing as a member of the organizing committee for the Young Scientists conference in computational science, scheduled for June 24-28 in Crete. The event is held annually, and we utilized Eventbrite for participant registration last year, finding it to be a very user-friendly service. We are looking to use it again this year, but with a participation fee, unlike last year's free registration. I have a few inquiries: 1. What are the service costs for using the system, considering: - The participation fee will be in euros - We don't possess an ΦΠΑ registration ID (Greek organization) - Fees will be settled online 2. Can these service costs be incorporated into the ticket price? 3. How is the money transfer process handled? Will Eventbrite collect the fees and transfer them to the organizers, or is there an alternative method? Kind regards, Alexandra K.

I bought 2 Woodstock tickets thinking the event was in Bethel, NY, as multiple websites stated. After purchase, I discovered it's actually in Kansas with no refund policy. The ticket only had a zip code for the location, which I didn't check since other sites confirmed Bethel, NY. Now the ticket shows "event has ended," making me nervous about getting a refund or attending. I've reached out to Eventbrite and the seller twice with no reply.

I am currently experiencing an issue with Eventbrite regarding a payment for an event held on December 2nd. Eventbrite advised that $[redacted].00 would be reimbursed, but I only received $30.00. After reaching out via email, I was informed that the remaining $[redacted].00 was supposedly transferred to my Navy Federal Credit Union account on November 21st, which I cannot verify. I provided my bank statements and recent activity to Eventbrite for investigation. Despite several exchanges where Eventbrite mentioned needing 3-4 business days to resolve the matter, the issue remains unresolved. I urgently require help in obtaining the outstanding balance of $[redacted].00. -Katrina G.

I recently hosted an event at the New Daisy in Memphis, Tennessee. Despite being informed that the payment would be settled on December 7th, I have yet to receive any funds from the show on December 1st. The New Daisy management mentioned system problems on your end, ensuring that I would receive the payment the following week, possibly on December 14th. However, today is December 14th, and I am still awaiting the funds owed to me from the Terrancelove concert. I seek clarification on the status of the payment as I have been left in a state of desperation. Thank you.

Hello, I recently created an event called the Divine Mercy Conference on Eventbrite, but had to cancel it. However, the event is still showing up on Google search results. Customers have visited the website and made payments for tickets, even though the event was canceled. Their money is currently held by Eventbrite. I need assistance with the following: 1. Remove any trace of the event from the internet to prevent customers from accessing the website. 2. Retrieve the funds totaling around $[redacted].00 that customers have already paid. Thank you.
