Unable to decline a refund request and add a note. I used the drop down and chose "Decline Refund" and chose the second drop down "Add Note" and nothing happened. *I do not get the options that are outlined on the help site that explain how to do this. I continue to get the emails to respond to this refund request, but I can't successfully respond. *Order number *********
I trust that Eventbrite will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
