I have two complaints to address regarding recent product purchases from Evenflo. Firstly, the Evenflo SureRide 65 DLX Convertible Car Seat in Grey has a defect where the chest straps are not clicking in securely, despite minimal use. I am requesting replacement straps or a new seat due to this issue. Secondly, the Evenflo triple fun life in the jungle exersaucer has proven to be unsafe for my 8-month-old. The dragonfly component snapped and hit my baby's face upon use, and both the parrot and dragonfly attachments continually detach, posing a risk of harm. Considering the cost of these items, around $[redacted] each, I would appreciate replacements to ensure my child's safety. Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with Evenflo. I usually recommend your products in my Mommy and Me class and on my radio show. However, my recent purchase of a Evenflo car seat at BuyBuyBaby was a nightmare. The item was smeared with poop when I opened it at home. When I returned to the store, I was accused of causing the mess and trying to scam them. This was a humiliating experience, and the store did not offer any help. As a mom of an infant, this was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I hope Evenflo takes this seriously and addresses the issue with their seller. Thank you for listening to my story.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with the Evenflo stroller my grandmother purchased for my baby. She got it for $[redacted].00 from Walmart without tax in December. I was thrilled with its appearance and looked forward to using it. However, shortly after using it, I encountered issues. The front wheels started to twist inward, making it difficult to push, and the left wheel even came off once, which was a concerning moment with my baby onboard. My grandmother is saddened by this situation, as she made a considerable effort to buy it. I hope to resolve these safety issues promptly as I cannot recommend this stroller in its current state. Approximately 1.5 years ago, I bought a car seat for about $[redacted], chosen for its promise to last 10 years. Sadly, the car seat is now completely damaged, and all I was offered by the representative was a 50% discount on replacement parts. I am disappointed as I expected more value for the $[redacted] I originally spent, especially since the warranty was only for 90 days while the seat was supposed to last a decade. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with Evenflo, and I have no intention of purchasing from them again. I refuse to invest in replacement parts for a product that failed prematurely. I am seeking a new car seat that is designed to endure long term, as I believe the current one's durability is questionable. It's frustrating to think this might be a ploy to encourage additional purchases. I have a much cheaper car seat that outlasts this expensive one, and it's truly disappointing.

On June 7th, I made a payment of $[redacted].58 for 1 Travel System and 1 Car Seat. Unfortunately, the order was canceled because it was processed outside the US despite the US address. After unsuccessful phone calls, I corresponded with a "customer service" representative at [redacted] regarding a refund. I was informed the amount is "pending" but found out my bank had already been charged. I have initiated a refund through my bank, although it will take 45 days due to conflicting information. Despite providing my bank details, the language barrier hindered the process as Spanish speakers were unavailable. Requesting a supervisor was declined, and the interaction left much to be desired. I await a supervisor to address my concerns formally and resolve this dissatisfactory experience. Kindly contact me at [redacted] or via phone. I urge for a review of the conversation and the mishandling of the situation, as this has impacted my decision to recommend your products and services in the future. Moreover, I ask for a thorough investigation into the charges made to my account erroneously.

I recently purchased the Evenflo Wide Doorway Gate, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality. Describing it as "easy to use" couldn't be further from the truth. The locking system is cheap and insane, and the bolting system going through the locking levers is of poor quality. I am shocked that a company like Evenflo would produce such a subpar product. I returned it to Walmart, where they tagged it as broken and will be receiving a refund. It seems like many others have had similar issues as the lady at the return desk mentioned that these gates are often brought back, mostly damaged. I will be avoiding Evenflo products in the future.

I have encountered a recurring issue where the pins slip through the styrofoam in the Triumph car seat, causing it to be insecure. It is clear that styrofoam is not a reliable material for this purpose. Despite receiving replacement pins and styrofoam, the problem persists. My main concern is what may happen if the pins slip through unnoticed and a serious accident occurs involving my son. As we cannot afford to continuously replace car seats, it is worrisome to keep using this defective one. I strongly urge for these faulty car seats to be removed from the market and kindly request a refund to prevent any potential serious consequences. I eagerly anticipate a helpful response to address this distressing situation as a concerned mother.

I recently ordered a car seat but mistakenly had it shipped to my mom's address due to an autofill error. When I realized this, I contacted Evenflo to correct it, but they informed me that it was too late to change the shipping details as the package was already en route. They advised me to refuse the delivery for a refund upon return. However, as I wasn't available at my mom's house to do so, I had to pay $55 to return the car seat. It has been over a week since I returned it, but I have yet to receive any confirmation or refund from Evenflo. I just want my $[redacted] refunded as I no longer need the car seat.

I have been attempting to reach customer service for more than 24 hours now but keep encountering a message stating that the line is unavailable. I need assistance because while using my stroller, the wheel of my pivot modular stroller fell off. Although my stroller is not even a year old, my son was unharmed, but I am concerned about a potential safety issue. This incident shouldn't occur with such a new stroller, indicating a possible flaw or defect in the product. I value this stroller and simply wish to receive a replacement.
