I have been trying to connect by phone without success, I have just checked my credit card statement and the is an in correct amount charged by Eurocar car hire at Heathrow Air Port. I rented a small car for * days and have been charged ***.** pounds ($***.**) Cdn, this is an error. I had to drop the car and run for a connection and was told the rental charges would be e-mailed to me latter. they were not, I was quoted ** pounds per day, the total should have been *** pounds plus tax. please correct this error and credit my Mastercard.
