The issue in GetHuman3851585's own words
I rented two a Europcar vehicles from Australia through Rentalcars.com. The first was a pick up from Gatwick Airport on ******** and drop off at Bayswater London on ********. I agreed to additional charges on pick up and the fuel on pickup was full to empty and I was charged **.**GBP including VAT. The Res. No for this rental agreement is ********** and I have no dispute with the charges on this rental. However, the *nd rental Res No ********** pick up from Bayswater ******** drop off Gatwick ******** had no agreed extra charges and had fuel just short of full. I was advised to drop the car off just short of full and advised that this was document on your computer system. On return to Australia I notice that an additional * charges have appeared on my credit car being ***.**GBP on ********, **.**GGBP on **.**.** and **.**GBP on ********. Given that the car rental was paid for in July, fuel was paid and no extra charges agreed too, I don't understand what these charges relate to. Can you please provide an explanation before I contact my credit cards provider. Regards Stephen Tutill
