************ I made my reservation online through a third-party. Today I came to pick up my rental at the Europe car in Weiden, Germany. When I first arrived no one was in the store even though they’re posted hours stated they were open. Then a gentleman came inside as I was walking away and I spoke to him and he told me to come back in ** minutes and he would have my car ready. When I returned back to the rental office again the office was closed and locked. I sat outside the office for the next ** minutes and called their number several times. No one came to the door and no one came into the office. I was already charged for the rental through the third-party. I wish to have a full refund applied to my credit card.
