The issue in GetHuman-aevicto's own words
I rented a van caddy GL**OGB in Southampton from the ** -**.**.**** and parked it in the lot belonging to the apartment where I was staying and with the approval and knowledge of the owner. The company Parking Eye filled * Traffic Violation notices both unjustified. I sent proof of that to europcar in two different e mails and did not get any response. However from my credit car a ** £ amount was withdrawn even before I received the notice in my home in Finland. Now I noticed tat a *** £ amount has been reserved in my credit card no matter I sent few days ago the emails with the attachments and letters showing that the notices were not justified.*I feel I have been abused by the company which not ever acknowledge receiving my correspondence with the explanations and evidences. I feel I don't have away to defend myself against this kind of injustice.
