Dear Europcar Lagos,**We have spoken on the phone and my partner has now spoken to his Bank account regarding getting the money back.****They said the money has not been changed on the account and you need to adjust your authorisation either by releasing the unwanted amount or presenting for a lower amount. If this had been done it would happen instantly on our side.****If you have done the above please could you email me proof of this for our bank, as they require this to cancel the payment.****Kind regards,***Jessica White and Oscar (Guests at Tivoli Lagos)
