The issue in GetHuman-fenwicka's own words
I hired a car in the UK recently ( ref **********, June *-**th ** days, Heathrow airport). This was made directly with Europcar as I was ensured that there were no additional charges this way. Previously I had made a reservation though easy car as it appeared cheaper but additional charges were applied. No additional charges were shown on the booking form when I collected the car. The car was returned full of petrol, no damage and on time. I was surprised to see a charge of $** appeared on my credit card from Europcar UK in July. I expect an explanation of this and for the charge to be refunded. I have sent in a query about this, ref ********, July **th, but have not had a response. I will escalate this to the credit card company if I do not hear from you very soon. I thought this was going to be a chat service, not another email route which you can ignore!
GetHuman-fenwicka did not yet indicate what Europcar should do to make this right.
