To whom it may concern,**I have been requested by your colleagues at Eurowings office and the customer service team to submit my expenses and flight receipts which I had purchased due to the Euro wings flight delays. **On the **st of July my flight from*Charles de Gaulle (CDG) - D*sseldorf (DUS) flight no. EW*****Was delayed and therefore I had missed my connection flight from *D*sseldorf (DUS)- Manchester (Man) flight no. EW*****I was really shocked at the lack of help received and In such a short period of time and due to my physical health conditions I did not manage to run and get on the link bus even. I had managed to get there as the bus was leaving and they refused to let me on.**They then told me to wait until morning for another flight and told me they would put me in a hotel and give me an £** voucher however, I had no choice to get back because I did not have my medication for my heart condition. **I appreciate some people managed to make the connecting flight. however, they had run for link bus and must have known where they were going. **I was then advised by your colleagues to purchase another ticket and contact yourself with all the attachments to get reimbursed.**I have tried to call several times and you have charged me £* a min for call chargers and therefore would also like reimbursement for this.**Please can you provide a direct line no. **I look forward to hearing from you **Kind regards *Monsur Khan
