Hello, I would like to address an issue with my seller account on Etsy. I have been trying to contact Etsy for a month now regarding the suspension of my account but have not received a response. My name is Yana Kosheva, and I have had [redacted] sales with a 5-star review from buyers. I have been a seller on Etsy for 5 years, always respecting the Terms and Policies. I specialize in selling digital art, specifically clipart and paper packs. I can provide proof that all items listed in my shop are my original work. If I made a mistake unknowingly, I am willing to correct it and follow all guidelines. Regarding Order #[redacted] I bought a 24" x 96" veneer from JSO Wood Products on Etsy on the 12th. The seller sent a thank you, then followed up saying there was an error with the price and that it should have been higher. The email seemed to imply that I had somehow manipulated the price, which I found insulting. I am 73 years old and not tech-savvy to do such a thing. The seller's response lacked sincerity and accountability. I believe that if a seller posts an item at a certain price and a purchase is made in good faith, they should honor the price listed. Despite trying to negotiate a fair price, the seller insisted on a significantly higher amount. I'm curious about Etsy's policy in situations like this where a seller changes the price post-purchase. Hello, I'm new to Etsy and I'm having trouble completing the Shop Manager settings to set up my sales. I entered all the data smoothly until the ID verification step, where I uploaded my ID document and clicked 'save and continue.' However, the site kept refreshing itself with the 'save and continue' button grayed out, keeping me on the same page even though I uploaded the documents. I attempted to upload the documents multiple times, but encountered the same issue each time. I've tried searching for solutions, but couldn't find any similar problems. Do I need to wait a certain amount of time (it has been a day) to access the billing setup, as I'm unable to proceed in the Shop Manager settings past the ID verification step. Any helpful comments or insights would be greatly appreciated.

I placed an order on Etsy on July 13 with AndreasCraftGoods through Paypal. It has been over 48 hours with no communication from Etsy or the Seller. I provided details to their transaction department including my Transaction ID: 6LN95602US166733U and Transaction date: Jul 13, [redacted] 12:37:41 PDT. I am concerned as the phone number for the merchant is disconnected. I have also asked for a valid phone number for the seller, but the one listed on Etsy, [redacted], is disconnected. I ordered this for Kendra S. in WA to create a gift for my son who has MS. I hope this gift isn't delayed or fails to arrive as it would be heartbreaking.

I placed an order on Etsy on 7/13, and it has been more than 48 hours without any updates from the seller or Etsy transaction department. I used PayPal for the payment and included a message for the seller, but have not received any response. I have a customer in Belgium who is seeing two #13 listings on my page. However, I cannot see them, even when I check the ETSY website. The customer sent me an email expressing concerns about the visibility of the items and mentioned issues with sales tax being added to each purchase. This could potentially impact sales negatively. I'm James M. Recently, I bought a TV stand from Magical Castle. Although I got an email saying it was delivered, it never arrived. I visited the local USPS in Burien, but they couldn't help. The item was meant for [redacted] SW 120th Street, Burien, WA [redacted], addressed to James R. M. Strangely, it was sent to [redacted] 34th Ave. So., Seatac, WA 98[redacted]. The USPS details are: tracking number [redacted][redacted]07, delivery point code 40, and record type code Street Record. It was meant for residential delivery. I can't locate Mystical Company's address or phone number to resolve this. I'm feeling lost and unsure what to do next. Can anyone provide any assistance in resolving this issue?

I recently discovered three unauthorized charges on my debit card from July 6th totaling $[redacted].91. I did not make these purchases and suspect fraudulent activity. I've never used Etsy before, so I'm confused about these transactions. I've also experienced fraudulent charges on this card previously, prompting me to review my statements. I noticed recurring charges, like the $20.64 one, which concerns me. I've contacted my bank to cancel the card due to unauthorized Amazon charges as well. I made purchases in both PrettysSucculents and RareSucculents stores simultaneously. I received an invoice from Etsy for both orders totaling $[redacted].96, and later a separate charge from PrettysSucculents of $57 when the order was only $50. I have contacted both stores, and they claim the mistake is from Etsy. I need assistance looking into this matter and recovering the overcharge. Thank you in advance.

On June 10th, I placed an order for a pair of trousers from "Lethological" and completed the payment. It has been two months since then, and I have yet to receive my order. Initially, after my purchase, I was informed that I would receive the trousers within 8 to 10 working days. However, there have been no updates or delivery. "Lethological" mentioned that the delay is due to COVID-19 issues in the USA. Unfortunately, my confidence in their service is diminishing. The order number is [redacted].

As a customer, I've encountered persistent issues with Etsy cancelling my orders and suspending my account without explanation. Despite successfully paying, my orders are consistently cancelled, followed by an automated suspension notice that claims to have sent an email detailing the reasons, which I've never received. I've spent nine days attempting to rectify this with Etsy through various channels including phone calls, emails, chats, Facebook messages, and even a Better Business Bureau complaint. Regrettably, I'm utterly frustrated as Etsy continues to ignore and neglect my problem without providing any resolution or response.

I am currently shopping on Etsy and can only see basket options, not the Buy Now option. This issue occurred last year when I had to change my password due to an accidental error. The same situation has happened again this weekend, and I would appreciate it if you could reinstate my Buy Now ability promptly. I urgently need to replace a stone that detached from a mala I purchased as the item is selling fast. I also plan to buy a new handset. I recently purchased two necklaces from Kaffsilvers, and I am delighted with my order. However, there seems to be a billing issue with my purchase. Despite only ordering two necklaces, I have received several emails showing charges for four individual necklaces. I have already informed Anna about this error. The two necklaces I received are in perfect condition and match my Order #[redacted] accurately. Unfortunately, my Mastercard statement reflects charges for four necklaces at $36.00 each. The correct invoice amount should be $72.11. I kindly request assistance to rectify the billing error on my Mastercard statement by removing the incorrect $36.00 charges for four necklaces and adjusting it to the accurate $72.11 charge.

I recently received my order of 2 initial necklaces from KaffSilvers and am pleased with the items. However, I have noticed an error in the billing. The invoice #[redacted] states that I owe $72.11 for 2 necklaces, but I have been charged for 4 necklaces at different prices. Though my husband has already paid for these 4 necklaces, I am requesting a credit of $36.00 for the extra 2 necklaces and would like the correct charge of $72.11 to be applied to my Mastercard. I am experiencing difficulties receiving a credit for a product I bought from one of your vendors, Billy from LUCKY88SHOP. I bought truck seat covers that didn't fit, contacted the seller, and after multiple messages, he agreed to refund me $64.20 once he received the return on August 13. Despite contacting him multiple times, he now suggests opening a case, but hasn't provided instructions. I returned the seat covers in perfect condition with original packaging, incurring $18.35 in shipping fees. I am an Etsy seller and I have encountered a potentially suspicious buyer. The buyer placed an order in my shop on Saturday, August 28th, but abruptly asked for a refund the next Monday morning, citing high shipping costs they hadn't initially noticed. After promptly refunding their order and correcting the shipping price error, the buyer expressed interest in repurchasing the item due to the lower shipping charge. However, they later claimed the item was sold out, which was not the case, as we had proof of its availability. The buyer then stated that the item they received was not what they had ordered, though they had actually claimed it was sold out. Subsequently, they still requested a refund. Despite this, on 7/27, there was confusion about the cancellation. The status remained at "pre-transit" until 8/13. I have not received any updates or my refund. I have sent multiple follow-up emails between August 19th and Sept 1st, but have not heard back from anyone at Etsy. The lack of communication and the unfulfilled order are concerning to me.
