I needed specific stickers and found them on Etsy. I contacted the seller about receiving them by the following Thursday, and was advised to order promptly. Despite having some questions about their suitability, the seller was slow to respond. When I requested the stickers be mailed on Monday for timely delivery by Friday, the seller only replied on Tuesday to cancel my order. Are customers not allowed to inquire about items before purchasing? The seller's actions seem to contradict Etsy's guidelines. I placed an order for two candles on April 28th, expecting quick shipping as stated in the shop's policy. Unfortunately, as of May 2nd, my order had not shipped. I asked the seller to cancel since the delay would make it useless to me. I am a frequent buyer on Etsy and other platforms, used to timely professional service. The seller's response to my cancellation request was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Their decision to ship the order on May 3rd via USPS, considering my past issues with their service, is unacceptable. I asked for an immediate cancellation, which was ignored. This delay and lack of customer care are disappointing, especially during these times. I demand a refund for this poor customer service experience.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my shop called "CopperArtCraft" being suspended on Etsy. I am located in Muğla, Turkey, but my family and I are originally from Kahramanmaraş, known for its copper engraving craft. We have been involved in copper art for generations. Good afternoon! I need assistance with logging into my account. When I try to sign in, a message instructs me to contact support to restore my access. I have already reached out by email for help. I did not receive any notification about my store being blocked. I handle all my tasks independently. In April, I successfully shipped an order and paid the required taxes. In May, I fulfilled two more orders. Having my store is crucial to me, and I have not violated any policies. I am concerned about my customers who made purchases from me and are now unable to access my store.

In my store's Finance section, the payment system is currently unavailable. I have been accepting payments through Etsy Payment since February 19, [redacted], and completed the identity confirmation process when opening the shop. Despite previously confirming my identity, I have been asked to do it again and have already submitted my ID without receiving a response. As a result, my customers are unable to make payments. I have resubmitted my ID but need assistance to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I received an email in my junk mailbox today from someone claiming to be eBay Customer Service regarding a case with the order number [redacted] involving seller indradhanushgems_US for a total of USD 86.81. The email says they will review the case details and get back to me within 48 hours. I am concerned as I didn't make any such purchase and suspect it might be a fraudulent attempt. The email was from eBay <[redacted]>. I would appreciate knowing how this issue will be sorted out.

I have been an Etsy customer for years without any issues. Recently, I encountered some problems that need immediate resolution. I placed orders on 5/2/[redacted], 5/3/[redacted], and 5/4/[redacted] for fleece blankets with a purple silhouette of a grandma and granddaughter. I used my bank card with the last 4 digits being [redacted] for payments totaling $36.17, $35.17, $[redacted].22, and $[redacted].28. I urgently need Etsy to address this matter to avoid disappointing my five graduating children. Despite carefully following the instructions and submitting my driver's license, verification failed due to slight blurriness in the image. To address this, I updated my payment account by adding a new credit card under my name, as the previous one belonged to my wife with whom I collaborate. I understand the policy requiring the bank account and card holder names to match, so I made this adjustment accordingly. I bought a Golden South Sea Shell Pearl Necklace 12mm from Pearls by Vivian Jewels on March 16th or 17th for $64.94. My payment was processed on the 17th. I contacted the vendor after not receiving the necklace within 3 weeks, and they said I would get it around April 15th. When it didn't arrive, I reached out again on the 23rd or 24th, providing my correct email, but got no response. I tried contacting them once more a week later with no reply. Unfortunately, I didn't record my order number, and I can't view my spending history in my account to open a case on Etsy without it. I found a number in one of Vivian's emails, [redacted]92, but I believe it might be a product number. I'm not very tech-savvy and can't find a way to speak to a person for help. Thank you, Paula.

I purchased a 5ft cherry blossom tree from NearlyNatural on Etsy on 5/10/21 for $[redacted].99 plus tax using my Mastercard Debit. After completing the order, I did not receive any confirmation or acknowledgment. I waited, thinking it might be a slow process. Eventually, I checked with my bank and confirmed the payment went through. Despite multiple attempts to contact NearlyNatural's customer service by phone and email, I have not received any response. I also reached out to Etsy's customer service, but have not heard back from them either. The original delivery estimate was 5/12-5/20, and now it's 5/19 with no order or confirmation number, response, or delivery. I am frustrated as I have not encountered issues with Etsy vendors before. As of now, I am nearly $[redacted].00 out of pocket. I believe in Etsy's reputation and hope for assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently purchased an Inuit bone owl pendant on a 14K plated chain. It took several weeks for the item to arrive, and I was disappointed to find that the owl pendant was actually made of bakelite plastic, which felt warm to the touch. It appeared to be poorly made and was brass with the gold plating already worn off. The seller tried to insist it was ivory, but upon further inspection by an antique dealer, it was confirmed to be neither bone nor ivory. Despite the seller's attempts to prove its authenticity, I decided to return the item. The seller even suggested a damaging test to validate the material. As someone with experience in jewelry making and sales, I found the pendant to be light and fragile, unlike real bone or ivory. I am hoping for a refund, but I am wary of the seller's intentions. Hello, I recently received an email on 19/5/21 regarding a listing I have on Etsy. The email informed me that one or more of my items have been removed due to a violation of Etsy's Prohibited Items Policy. I have been refunded the fees for the listing(s) that were removed, and I can view my deactivated listings on my shop dashboard. The email explained that Etsy prohibits counterfeit or unauthorized items, and if there is reason to believe that a listing may be in violation, Etsy reserves the right to remove it. The email also mentioned that items in the Handmade category must be made or designed by the seller. I want to clarify that my item is genuine, and the photos used are my own. I am concerned about this issue as a new seller and would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you, Lisa

Hello Etsy Team, I opened my Etsy account on April 8, and today, June 3, it has been suspended. My shop name is MoskalenkoDecor. During this period, I have completed 43 orders promptly and maintain good communication with my customers throughout the shipping process. I am unsure why my account was suspended as I have not violated any of Etsy's policies. I specialize in creating and selling products made from natural soy wax, which is vegan-friendly. All my products are handmade, and I have documented the creation process with photos and videos available upon request. I also have an active Instagram account - @anna.moskalenko and @moskalenkocandles, where I share pictures of my creative process and customer reviews. I kindly request that you review the situation and reconsider suspending my account, as my shop and products are a valuable addition to the Etsy community. Whenever I log into ETSY and try to send a message, I receive an error message saying, "Bummer, your messages have been temporarily disabled. Please contact support to have them reactivated." I have tried to reach out via online chat and email, but haven't received a resolution yet. All I want is to be able to communicate with sellers on the platform.

Hello, I recently received a broken product, and after contacting the customer service representative and providing pictures, they informed me that a replacement would be sent next Friday. However, I do not want a replacement and simply wish to return the broken item. I have been trying to reach the customer to communicate this but have not received a response. Additionally, FedEx is causing issues regarding the shipping label, indicating I may need to pay for the return. I am seeking assistance in obtaining a shipping label for the return only. Yesterday, I added a new artwork to my shop priced at [redacted] GBP. I noticed that it is now displaying as [redacted] GBP, and another artwork originally priced at [redacted] GBP is showing as [redacted] GBP. Upon checking my other listings with prices over [redacted] GBP, I found that they have all been significantly increased as well, which has caused inconsistency in the pricing. I understand that since Brexit on January 1st, items in my shop under [redacted] GBP are subject to additional VAT on the listing price. However, Etsy has increased all my listings by around 20%, causing concern that this could lead to a loss of sales. It is evident that there is an error in the price settings. I have already reached out to Etsy support via email but have not received a response yet. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello, about three months ago, our Etsy account got suspended without us knowing the exact reason. We reached out to customer support but received a harsh response without clarification. We requested to lift the suspension, but they warned that creating a new account would face the same issue. We follow all guidelines and make monthly payments. The business is suffering due to Covid, so it's unfair not to provide a reason for the suspension. Please assist us in reinstating our account to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I have not received my order, a Willow Tree Starry Night Nativity, with order # [redacted]. Despite an email stating delivery and contacting UPS, I discovered the provided tracking number belongs to a package delivered to another person on June 28th. The weight of the wrongly delivered package is 3.7 lbs, while my item weighs 5.5 lbs. It seems the names got mixed up. I reached out to the seller twice with no reply and Etsy closed my case prematurely, insisting the delivery was successful. I feel frustrated and disappointed. I ordered two Dodge Ram bomber jackets totaling $[redacted].78 on June 29. After contacting Randall S. Hill, I was told they were shipping and would arrive soon, despite poor grammar raising concerns. When I checked the status again, a message indicated they hadn't shipped. Despite being told they were on the way after contacting customer service, they later said the jackets had not been shipped. When I inquired further, I was given a different email address which also provided no information. Since my status requests were not answered, I fear I may have been a victim of fraud and theft through Etsy.
