I recently placed an order with TaylorHarvest in Patterson, Georgia with the confirmation number [redacted]. I ordered 10 pounds of pecans on 1/2/21 and received the product on 1/6/21. Unfortunately, the quality of the pecans was not good. Despite reaching out to the company, they claim they have not received payment for the product. I made the payment using my Mastercard, which I have used with them previously. I seek assistance in resolving this issue and obtaining a refund, as TaylorHarvest insists they have not been paid. I acknowledge that the product quality issue is not your responsibility. TaylorHarvest has acknowledged the poor quality of the pecans and is willing to refund the payment. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I placed an order on December 16, [redacted], for 6 sets of clear buttons with a ridge around the edge. The estimated delivery was between December 22, [redacted], and January 6, [redacted]. Hello, I had an order from Lucinda Owen on Nov. 22. Despite shipping her the product, she claimed the colors did not match her decor. I advised her to return the item for a refund. However, she faced difficulties due to a missing return label. After reaching out to ETSY for guidance, I learned Lucinda is an Etsy vendor but refused to link accounts for a return label. I instructed her again to return the item, promising a reimbursement for shipping charges. Her response indicated she assumed the refund was complete but now suggests she may have only received part of it. It appears she still has the product. I seek assistance in resolving this matter and obtaining payment.

Hello, Yesterday, while working on my first listing, my account was suspended. It mentions an email will be sent, but I have not received one despite checking repeatedly. I spent the whole night trying to figure out the reason. I have been searching the forum for answers and don't believe I used any prohibited words. I worked hard on creating the design, setting up my store, and social media. The suspension occurred before receiving any orders, so it cannot be due to a review. After further investigation, I realized that although I design the images and make all choices, someone else prints my designs. As a new Etsy user, when I was creating my first listing, I inadvertently indicated I was working alone. I promptly edited the information and removed the listing, but my account remains suspended. I am frustrated that my Etsy account was closed without notice. Despite numerous emails, I have not received any response or explanation. I am concerned about missing funds from recent sales. Regarding Re# [redacted] I have escalated this issue because the seller advised me to do so. Here is a summary of what occurred: On December 14, I placed an order for bookends that were supposed to arrive within 7-10 days. By December 28, I had not received them. I received a review request from Etsy, and I submitted a one-star rating. Subsequently, I received an email informing me that my order had been canceled. When I inquired about the cancellation, the seller, Francesca de la [redacted], explained that she had canceled the order due to my one-star rating. The seller provided multiple excuses for not informing me about the delay in shipping and eventually stated that she had canceled the order. Furthermore, she insulted me by calling me a "Village idiot" and suggested that I should not use Etsy. I have been awaiting a refund since December 28, and the seller mentioned that Etsy handles refunds, not her. This is not a shipping delay but rather the seller canceling my order because of my rating. I seek your assistance in obtaining my refund.

I need assistance. The painting I received looks nothing like the original. The colors are wrong, and there are strange lines on the ocean like a Braille pattern. I have reached out to the seller to return the artwork for a refund, even a partial one would be acceptable. I am very disappointed with this piece and the seller is not responding to my messages. I did not receive my [redacted] Fine Gold Bullion as promised. The seller provided a fake COA and stopped responding when asked for tracking. Transaction #[redacted]. This shop is fraudulent, with a previous review echoing my experience. I am requesting a full refund immediately. I recently received an email on February 14th regarding a request to change the email address associated with my account from [redacted] to [redacted] Unfortunately, I did not authorize this change, and I discovered the email after the confirmation link had expired. As a result, I have lost access to my account, and it appears that someone has gained unauthorized access and is attempting to sell my products by taking my store off vacation mode.

Approximately 2 years ago, I launched a store on Etsy. At 22, I had what I believed to be a brilliant idea. I've always been a fan of anime but struggled to find anime clothing, so I aimed to address this gap in the market through my Etsy shop. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the regulations surrounding Intellectual Property at the time. I naively believed that having custom art meant I wasn't violating any intellectual property rights, which was never my intention. As a loyal anime enthusiast, I never intended to undermine the creators of the shows I adore. My store was rightfully flagged and shut down. However, that period of selling was one of the most enjoyable and creatively fulfilling times in my life. This is why I kindly ask for the opportunity to resume selling. I have since familiarized myself with Intellectual Property laws and I pledge never to breach them again. My store will undergo a transformation from an anime vendor to a Japanese streetwear shop with original designs and creations. Thank you for your consideration!

Hello, I would appreciate assistance in recovering my previous Etsy account. I recently changed my email and password and now cannot recall my old account details. As a dedicated customer who enjoys shopping for antiques on Etsy, I am now retired and battling Multiple Sclerosis, making my Etsy hobby even more important to me. Unfortunately, I find myself on a new account with an empty cart, unable to access the items I had planned to purchase. Additionally, I have important purchases, interactions with various business contacts, including past and future transactions, that I can no longer reference due to my lost account. I also have unresolved matters such as a past gift purchase for my Sister, pending reviews for recent purchases, and a $50.00 gift certificate gifted by my Cousin's wife for an antique gemstone ring. I urgently seek to regain access to my old account to retrieve my saved items, order history, and address these outstanding issues. Despite my numerous attempts to contact Etsy for help, I have not received a response, which is disappointing considering my loyal patronage over the years. I recently sold cushion covers to a customer and shipped them using Royal Mail's 'signed for' service. The tracking information didn't show up for almost two weeks, leading the customer to request a refund because she couldn't track the order. I issued the refund, but later the tracking number appeared on Royal Mail's website, showing she had received the package. I asked her to either pay for the covers or return them. She mentioned an issue with postage costs, suggesting I had underpaid. I offered to cover the additional charge, but she hasn't responded with proof of costs and still hasn't paid for the items. It's frustrating because I can't open a case against her as a seller on Etsy. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I received this notification from Etsy stating that they received a trademark infringement notice from Eugene Wyatt on 12/15/[redacted], leading to the deactivation of one of my listings and subsequently my account. However, I later received another message from Etsy on 02/01/[redacted], stating that the infringement notice has been withdrawn by Eugene Wyatt, resulting in the cleared status of my account. I placed an order with a new Etsy seller. I placed the order twice because she was having trouble receiving payment through PayPal. Despite my patience, I never received the item and have only received excuses. I had to open a case with PayPal, and the seller is now using profanity and harassing me in messages. The item is Chanel Tennis, listing #[redacted]22. Unfortunately, I gave her my personal email to help her with PayPal, which was a mistake. I am now forced to block threatening emails. She recently said she is canceling the order and wished me luck getting a refund from PayPal, using inappropriate language.

My name is Derrick H. I purchased a Smoking Jacket from Styleand Craft Studio just before Christmas. Upon trying it on, I realized the sleeves were too short. I contacted Styleand Craft on January 12, [redacted], requesting a return due to the sleeve length issue. The company responded on January 13, [redacted], apologizing and agreeing to send a new Smoking Jacket after I provided my body measurements. Following up on January 17, [redacted], I asked for their return address, but on January 21, [redacted], Styleand Craft informed me to keep the initial Smoking Jacket and assured me they would create a new one with the correct measurements I had sent. On January 31, [redacted], they confirmed they would begin making the new Smoking Jacket and ship it soon. Unfortunately, despite contacting them on March 8 and March 18, [redacted], inquiring about the order status, I received no response. I kindly request Styleand Craft to either address my inquiries, refund the purchase price, or deliver the promised Smoking Jacket with the accurate measurements. Thank you.

I am Luis P. Carranza. I recently purchased golden plum cuttings from Grubers Garden Orchard for this planting season. Last year, my order arrived dried due to Covid-19 mail delays, resulting in a refund. Trying again this season, the shipment arrived quickly, but only 2 out of the 6 lived after planting. When I asked for a replacement, the vendor replied harshly, accusing me of fraudulent claims. Feeling mistreated, I now seek a refund. I am facing harassment from a seller in the UK. I reached out to a seller who is creating tee shirts mocking and bullying disabled individuals. As someone with MS, I wanted to address why this behavior is considered acceptable. I initially reported the item to Etsy UK, as it directly violates "Harvey's Law," a law established in the UK last year, named after Harvey Price, who is visually impaired and has a learning disability. His mother, Katy Price, is an advocate against bullying and for disabled rights. The seller responded with highly abusive messages, making me, as a disabled person, feel threatened. The seller is selling various tee shirt designs that promote hatred towards disabled individuals and justifies it by mentioning the purchase of two shirts by a disabled person who did not complain. The seller even offered me a tee shirt with a discount code, mocking my disability. This behavior breaks British law, specifically "Harvey's Law," which is ironic considering the tee shirt is named after the disabled individual targeted by this legislation.

I recently created a shop on Etsy, but I didn't get any notification about the funds being transferred to my account.
