I had two Etsy accounts. I placed an order two days ago (order number [redacted]). The shop owner mentioned they couldn't find the order linked to my Etsy account. So, I deactivated the one without the order, but now I cannot access either account. I have paid for the item and am unsure if I will receive it. I would prefer to speak with a representative; when I tried the live chat, it directed me to a page where I was prompted to pay for assistance.

I purchased an Etsy shipping label for an item I sold on Etsy and selected "Shipsurance" for $2,[redacted] at a cost of $18.40. However, when I brought the package to USPS, they informed me that the insurance was not applied, only the $39.46 shipping fee was displayed. I paid USPS $31.95 to insure the package separately since the shipping cost was already covered by the Etsy label, resulting in two labels on the package. I contacted Etsy Help regarding this issue, and their email response indicated they requested a refund of the entire $57.86 I paid for the label, even though the insurance amount was missing. I am only seeking a refund of $18.40 for the insurance that was not included on the label. The Label ID is [redacted]04, purchased on 12/5/20 for a 25 lb wood case containing sterling silver.

I made a purchase of a handbag from Etsy seller [redacted] The tracking from FedEx indicated that my package was delivered on 12/15/20. I contacted the seller immediately after receiving the FedEx notification to inform them that I hadn't received the item, but have not received any response. When speaking with FedEx, I was informed that the delivery was made to someone with the initials K. Watson, not me. This is the second unsuccessful attempt at buying a handbag on Etsy, and I am feeling extremely frustrated and believe this to be very unprofessional. I would like to cancel this order.

Hello, I ordered a $30 kettle for my dogs, but it hasn't been shipped yet. Since November 19th, I haven't received any updates or notifications regarding my order. I would like to request a refund to my card as I have been waiting for a month without any information. Your prompt assistance in processing the refund would be greatly appreciated as I need the funds for other purposes. Thank you for your help.

I received a Men's Long Sleeve shirt instead of the Women's V-Neck I ordered. After contacting the Seller with images, they offered a 50% discount which I declined, as I did not receive the correct item. Etsy was involved in a live chat on 12/17/20 and Seller's second email today offered the discount again. I insisted on either receiving the correct item I paid for or a full refund of $30.77. Etsy's lack of intervention is disappointing, as Seller should take responsibility for sending the wrong product. My Etsy order number is [redacted] for the Women's V-Neck Seattle Seahawks Fan 12th Man Rhinestone Shirt (Large), but I received the Men's version instead.

I encountered issues after making a purchase on Etsy and couldn't find the order in my account. It turns out I had two separate accounts on Etsy, so I decided to delete one that didn't seem to have the order. Now, I can't access either account and I'm unable to reach out to the shop. I'm also having trouble reinstating my Etsy account. At this moment, I'm unsure if I'll receive the product I ordered, but I have confirmation of the payment being processed.

Hi there, I noticed a discrepancy in my account and bank records regarding a missing credit of $36.19, which was meant to cover a relisting fee for transaction ID #[redacted]. The credit was never received after issuing a refund to a customer who purchased from Angela Donnellon in the UK. I processed the refund because I do not ship outside of the continental 48 states, a detail clearly stated in all my item descriptions. I have already sent Angela an email explaining the situation, but the refund from Etsy is still pending. It would be helpful if Etsy had a customer service hotline for direct assistance, as navigating the platform has become increasingly challenging for me. My credit card was compromised, leading to the freezing of my account by the credit card company. Unfortunately, an order for a wedding gift was mistakenly placed on the dispute list, causing some confusion. After rectifying the issue promptly, I updated my payment information on PayPal and have been monitoring my transactions. To my dismay, I discovered today that my ETSY account has been suspended. This situation has deeply upset me as I value my impeccable reputation and feel unfairly tarnished. My plans for Saturday were disrupted, and I now face obstacles in completing my Christmas shopping.

I made a purchase on Etsy on December 1, [redacted], for a frame from WoodDesignsNorthwest. I got an order confirmation (#[redacted]) stating it would ship in 7-10 business days from Seattle. Unfortunately, I haven't received the item and haven't heard anything from Randy regarding the order status. I've attempted to contact them with no response. I'm requesting assistance in locating my item or obtaining a refund. Trying to get information on this order through Etsy directly has also been unsuccessful.

I bought an item from a seller named Kenny L in British Columbia, Canada, which turned out to be not what I wanted. The item cost $49. When I contacted him for a return, he initially provided an address, then later claimed I should have used the postal service instead of UPS. I paid for the return shipping, but he now denies I purchased the item from him. He refuses to refund my money and demands another $32 for reshipping. This means I would be out $64 for shipping on a useless item. I simply want my money back and for appropriate action to be taken against this fraudulent individual who seems to be scamming people.

I conversed with a customer service representative regarding an issue, and I received one credit but did not receive the free shipping coupon. Furthermore, the other credit was meant for a purchase that was scheduled to arrive on December 14th. Upon checking with the postal service, it was confirmed that the item was delivered but not placed in my mailbox. My daughter is contemplating purchasing from a different seller due to this delay of over 35 days. I contacted the seller, who assured me of shipping the item. I reached out to this department as the seller did not return my call. Kindly, address this matter promptly and process a refund to my Visa account. Thank you, A. Brown

I had trouble changing my email and password and was unsure if it worked. I ordered a $1.00 face mask pattern but couldn't print it despite being charged three times for it. I made a purchase recently with order #[redacted]. The payment was taken from my credit card by the seller, but they have not been responsive to my emails about my order. It has not been shipped yet, and I am concerned about the legitimacy of this company. I would like a refund or at least assurance that the item will be sent soon. Bringing this to Etsy's attention seems necessary. I trust that this problem can be sorted out promptly. I have had great transactions with Etsy sellers before and hope for a quick resolution. I have dispatched several items to various customers, but they have not received them due to postal delays. Some customers are now requesting refunds, which I find unfair as I provided tracking information and shipped the items promptly. At this point, it is out of my control. I believe it is unjust for them to post negative comments about my business. Additionally, I have clearly stated on my page that I do not offer refunds.

I recently purchased two phone cases from a vendor on Etsy. The brown case I received appears to be full grain leather as advertised. However, the black case seems to be made of synthetic material with a pattern. I contacted the shop and they agreed to refund the black case if I return it. I am concerned that the vendor is misrepresenting their products. All cases should be of the same quality regardless of color. It would be wise for Etsy to investigate this matter to avoid future issues. Although returning the black case for a refund is the easy choice, I believe addressing this issue is important to maintain Etsy's reputation and prevent others from being misled. It's time for Etsy to take action against this vendor's deceptive practices. Thank you.

To Whom It May Concern, I placed orders for two rings on December 22, [redacted] but never received an email confirmation for the purchase. The Chain Ring by ShailJewels was priced at $16.19 and the Leuser Design Silver Poison Ring by dSPRINGSILVER was $14.76, however, my credit card was charged $56.20. I have contacted Sand Snow Linen regarding an order that has not yet shipped. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received a response from the seller. On December 7th, I placed an order for a sweatshirt on Etsy from a seller named Keena. The estimated shipping date was between December 10th to 21st, with an expected arrival of December 12th to 29th. The sweatshirt was supposed to have the names of my grandkids - Bella, Chloe, Kinsley, and Logan - on it in light grey color. Hello all! I wanted to share that I made a recent purchase of three rings from Siddhi Jewels on Etsy. Unfortunately, today I only received a UPS tracking label #[redacted][redacted]83 with a stamp that said "Received without content." I tried to resolve this issue with the seller through my Etsy account, but it appears that my account has been compromised. All my purchase history has been deleted, even though I've been a loyal Etsy member making numerous purchases. I am feeling quite frustrated and confused by this situation. Any help you can provide would be highly valued!

Good morning, I purchased a £50.00 gift voucher for my partner as a Christmas present. The transaction ID is [redacted] and the order number is [redacted] from 15 Nov.20. I confirmed this with you, and the money was deducted from my bank account on 16 Nov.20. I attempted to print the voucher in November but was unsuccessful due to not being very I.T. savvy. I waited until Christmas for my partner to try to print it herself, but we still encountered issues. The message prompts us to validate my Etsy account, which I have already done. Upon logging into Etsy, it greets me with "Hello Andrew," so I am confident the account is validated.
