I ordered an art piece from Etsy with all the correct contact information. However, when I received the shipping notification, it had Joe Jones listed instead of Chadie Roco. I am unable to log into my Etsy account as it does not recognize my email address/password. I need to contact this person as they were supposed to have the correct details prior to shipping. Owner of Darling Celebration, Jane Sheriff I received a shipment notification on Sunday, but the package has not arrived yet. I'm facing an issue when trying to sign in due to excessive reCaptcha prompts. Despite selecting the correct options numerous times, it keeps looping back to the sign-in page with more reCaptcha challenges. This has hindered my ability to access the platform, affecting potential sellers on Etsy and my willingness to engage with the site. The frequency of reCaptcha tests has heightened in the past few days, leading to a loss of interest in platforms that present such challenges excessively.

Hello, I'm Phuong. I have been selling on Etsy since last week and have listed digital items for sale. However, on the morning of 27-11-[redacted] (Vietnam time zone), when I tried to log into my Etsy account, I saw a notification stating that my account has been deactivated. I did not receive any email about this deactivation. I am unsure why my account was deactivated on Etsy as I only sell digital products and follow Etsy's seller policy. Setting up my Etsy shop has been a challenge despite watching videos, reading articles, and using the Contact center. The process of setting up my page seems unclear and lacks transparency. A supervisor mentioned that only one item can display on a page and that it's managed by Etsy, but couldn't explain specifics or the reasons behind it. He promised to email me further details but expressed that there's nobody at Etsy dedicated to caring for sellers. As an experienced educator, I believe there are better ways to set up technology and communicate with users to enhance the seller experience. It's disheartening that empathy and support seem absent in the interactions. I hope Etsy can improve its support for sellers and prioritize a more empathetic and helpful approach. I purchased a Zeta Phi Beta bomber jacket/sweatshirt combo for $[redacted] but encountered issues. The jacket should have featured "Zeta Phi Beta, the Sorority Crescent, and Sorority Inc." on one side, yet it only had the crescent. Furthermore, the material quality was below my expectations. A charge of $[redacted].60 was processed on my credit card for this transaction. Upon receiving the package, I realized there was no invoice or return instructions included. I aim to return the items and receive a credit on my credit card for the full amount. The package was shipped from Relentless Threads LLC at [redacted] Ridge Drive, Apt [redacted], Memphis, TN [redacted]. I am unsure if this is the correct return address.

I recently created my shop on Etsy and was just starting out when I suddenly found my account deactivated without any prior notice. I've tried reaching out through email but haven't received a response, and I've had trouble connecting to their chat support. I require assistance with returning merchandise. Unfortunately, I misplaced the packing slip for items I bought on November 12th. I needed to exchange the sweatshirt for a larger size, so I placed a new order. Additionally, the necklace I initially received was the wrong color, prompting me to order a replacement. Although I've reordered the items, I now seek credit for the previous purchases. Could someone please guide me on where to return these items? I am currently in the process of setting up my Etsy shop. While filling out the 'how you'll get paid' section, I mistakenly entered the wrong birth date. I am now stuck on the page that requires legal ID with the correct birth date, and I am unable to go back to edit my information or close the shop temporarily. There doesn't seem to be a way to navigate away from the ID verification page. I would appreciate guidance on how to either correct the birth date information I entered or close the shop temporarily to start over. The shop manager page keeps directing me back to the ID verification page, making it challenging to proceed.

Hello, my name is Johanna. I purchased a PlayStation 5 from Mia Grace for $[redacted].95 (Order #[redacted]). She has not gotten back to me within the 72-hour timeframe to provide the tracking number. I am unwilling to wait until December 20, which is past the estimated delivery date. I have not received any confirmation that the seller even has an Etsy account. As a result, I would like a full refund. I have attempted to use your website to contact the seller, but every time I try, it says "failed to send."

I am an Etsy seller and I noticed that all of my recent orders have applied a private coupon code that should only be available to my Patreon subscribers, none of whom have made any purchases. I have checked, and none of the buyers have intentionally used this code during their transactions. Can I please request a refund for the amount that was incorrectly deducted due to this issue? Additionally, it appears that Etsy has automatically placed my shop in vacation mode, despite me actively fulfilling orders. It is frustrating to have my orders halted without my authorization. Could this be addressed and rectified promptly?

My Etsy store has been suspended again, and I received the following message. Despite meeting all shipping deadlines, our shop faces a significant backlog of unshipped orders. I purchased two Christmas Sacks from a company called Santaco on October 23. My order number is [redacted]. They have debited my Visa account but have not shipped the sacks to me. I've purchased Bartender's cupcakes twice for my daughter in New York but they haven't arrived. I am reaching out to customer support regarding an issue with JRSdesignsUS not shipping my order to me. I made the purchase over three weeks ago, which is the stated shipping timeframe, but my order has not been shipped. As an Active Duty Soldier deployed in Iraq, I ordered well in advance for timely delivery to my APO address. I am extremely disappointed with this poor customer service experience. Despite having successfully received orders from other vendors shipping to my APO address via USPS, JRSdesignsUS has failed to do so. The lack of communication and unwillingness to ship my order without explanation is unacceptable after placing my order and making payment in a timely manner.

I ordered stamp Order #[redacted], requesting to see a proof before production. Unfortunately, I did not respond immediately due to my schedule. I recently made a purchase on Etsy from Morrison Co in Ridgeville, SC, for a corner shelf for my wife. However, I received a product that was not as described. The online store showed a larger shelf with specific details, but what I received was different and only a small portion of the pictured item. I was disappointed to find out that the Morrison Co does not seem to exist at the address provided. The description and the actual product did not match, and I feel misled by what was advertised.
