Hello, my name is Mary, and I am interested in starting a store on ETSY. I have reviewed the billing and charges sections, which seem reasonable. However, before proceeding, I have a question. My late mother, who was a talented artist, created a copyrighted "Christian's Coat of Arms" in watercolor before her passing. I have accompanying prints and mats that I assisted in preparing. I am unsure if ETSY would allow me to sell these as her daughter, even though I did not paint the original coat of arms. I am considering offering these as special gifts and potentially collaborating with my brother who owns a silk-screen business to print the design on apparel. Can I proceed with opening a store on ETSY to sell these items?

I recently purchased curtains from Ikiriska through Etsy. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery as the package was sent via FedEx and could not be delivered to my PO Box. This lack of information from Etsy caused major problems, leading FedEx to lose the package. I am currently working with FedEx, Ikiriska, and my credit card company to resolve this situation, but I believe Etsy should take responsibility for the errors in shipping details. The curtains were a significant investment, and both Ikiriska and I should be compensated for the inconvenience. I am very frustrated with the situation and will escalate my concerns until a resolution is reached.

My shop, ProperLadyVintagePro, has been hacked once again. The hacker has created a Square account using my email and imposed a white box that takes over the screen when I access the shop. This individual, who seems very skilled with computers, can hack my system anytime. I suspect they are selling my stolen items and causing the lockout I am experiencing. There are reviews on the shop that do not correspond to my sales, and it appears they can easily intervene and operate the shop. This situation is damaging my reputation as indicated in the reviews. I have temporarily closed the shop and plan to reopen after reviewing and updating my items for better chances of selling. I am in urgent need of Etsy's assistance to resolve this issue. I recently purchased a base from an artist named Jason and was impressed by his work. However, my Chase Freedom card was charged almost $[redacted] for the purchase. Despite informing Jason of his talent, there seems to be an issue with the base clearing customs as it never reached its delivery date. Jason is uncooperative and unwilling to refund me. I'm unsure if the responsibility lies with me or if we should split the shipping cost. I have contacted Chase with all the necessary information. It seems Jason is not appreciative of my compliments, and I am at a loss for what to do next. I am eager to get my money back.

Hello, Since yesterday, I've been facing an issue logging into my Etsy store. When I try to access it, I'm directed to a different store altogether. Many orders are pending, and customers are reaching out, wondering why my store, Viva Nuk, seems to have disappeared from Etsy. I've attached the logo for reference. It's vital for me to resolve this quickly to prevent a loss of customers and revenue. Hi, I recently sold a stained glass panel with Order #[redacted]. When trying to print the shipping label, my printer had issues, and it seems I accidentally purchased it three times. I realized this when the invoice printed strangely, stating a different cost than expected. The correct total should be $[redacted].00 ($[redacted] + $14.20 tax). The first page of the invoice shows incorrect amounts: 1x CA$[redacted].88, tax CA$19.69, Delivery total CA$0.00, Order total CA$[redacted].57. The second page has three tracking numbers; I marked out the two incorrect ones. I need assistance voiding the extra shipping labels, refunding their cost, and clarifying the discrepancies on the first page of the invoice. I appreciate any guidance provided. When my daughter lost her job due to Covid, she started selling on Etsy to make extra money. She didn't understand what infringement meant and mistakenly believed she could sell items made from materials purchased at Joann's. Upon receiving her first infringement letter, she removed all licensed products, even though it's difficult to always know for sure with secondhand materials. We were puzzled why she could buy items but not resell them. All the infringing products have been removed. I unknowingly purchased a shirt with a patented design featuring mice. My children opened Etsy accounts to help me manage sales, but we now realize they should have their own separate accounts, and linking them to mine was a big mistake. We are in a difficult situation and sincerely request that my children be allowed to reopen their individual accounts. They will comply with all rules and regulations. Our accounts were selling licensed products, and as newcomers to this, we made mistakes. After 29 years of working at sea, I was let go, and money became tight. I started selling on Etsy and did well until receiving a notice about copyright infringement, which was a new concept for me. In my desperation, I had my children open their accounts to assist with finances, not realizing the implications. Upon understanding infringement, I removed all infringing items. We all got suspended today. We humbly ask for your understanding and request a chance to reopen our accounts, or at least our children's. We assure you no licensed products will be sold. It was my oversight, and I should have communicated better with my kids. Please consider granting us this opportunity; we rely on your kindness. I appreciate your time and understanding in advance.

Good evening, I managed to overcome the first impasse, but now another issue has arisen. I loaded my reloadable Mastercard for future payments on Etsy, but it's not being accepted. My ETSY account got suspended without any explanation. On 11 March [redacted], I ordered a Men's bracelet from Stella Magnetica (Transaction ID: [redacted]) and a Leather Travel Bag from Serguio Rogetti (Transaction ID: [redacted]). I used a Visa card for payment, and the processing seemed slow. Stella Magnetica's Stefani Deringer contacted me on 12 March [redacted] regarding payment issues. I canceled the order and used another Visa card, which worked. The other vendor did not reach out. I am an ETSY customer since March [redacted] without prior problems. When I tried to make another purchase, I received a message saying my account is suspended with no explanation. I request ETSY to unsuspend my account with a reason for the suspension. Today, on 11/19/[redacted], as I arrived home, I discovered a card at my door about a failed delivery attempt that needed a signature. I was surprised to hear about this package from DHL since I had not been notified about any incoming deliveries requiring a signature. Despite regularly receiving packages from UPS, USPS, and FedEx without needing to sign, this occurrence was unusual. I reached out to DHL customer service for clarification but unfortunately could not obtain information regarding the sender of the package. As a business owner who occasionally orders plants from Etsy, not knowing the source of this package is concerning. Without being able to reach the vendor, I am unable to identify the contents of the shipment. In the event that this is a live plant and it arrives in poor condition, both the vendor and DHL will be held accountable. The DHL website states the delivery is scheduled for November 23rd. I plan to sign the door tag and leave it outside; however, due to strong winds in the area, I cannot guarantee its safety if it is blown away. The tracking number for my order is: [redacted].

I contacted the Kalamazoo seller regarding their topiaries and received prompt responses from Seasonal Wreath and Beauty Florals, both of which provided excellent service. As a new Etsy user, I found their professionalism reassuring and would likely continue shopping on Etsy. However, I am disappointed that after 24 hours of waiting for a response from Kalamazoo, they announced there is now only one topiary left for sale. I had been waiting eagerly for their reply before placing an order for several topiaries.

I am looking for help identifying an item I want to purchase. I have a picture named iL_794xN.[redacted]_rtmftwin cute light blue.jpg, which I believe is the file name. The item is a pair of onesies for twin boys. The 1st onesie may have a phrase like "what started as a backrub" and the 2nd one might say "turned in to twins...my daddy is an overachiever" in Navy & Lt. Blue colors. I have tried searching online, including on Etsy, but have had no luck. I would appreciate any assistance as I am not very familiar with computers. Thank you.

Silc Stuff 18 minutes ago Hello, I’m feeling rather confused about the financial aspect of my sales. I believed the fee was 10%, but the amount I'm getting in my account after the deduction doesn't align with that. It's hard for me to calculate the fees per item because they all show up in one balance, which is quite perplexing and makes it hard to figure out the details. For instance, my first item sold for £63.98, but I only received £52.48, amounting to a difference of £11.50. With a 10% fee, I expected it to be £6.40, not £11.50. Similarly, for my two recent items totaling £72.84, a 10% fee should be £7.30, yet Etsy deducted £18.80. I’m hoping there’s a way to view a breakdown of the charges to understand why Etsy is retaining such a significant portion of my earnings. Thank you.

I have not received my item yet. I bought a reborn doll for my daughter from bushelandapeckdolls in November [redacted]. The completion was supposed to take 4-5 months. It is now November 24th, and despite several messages on Etsy Messenger, the seller, Wanda, has not responded after promising to send within a week or two. Due to Covid, we have been patient, but we agreed that if the doll is not shipped by Thanksgiving, my daughter's birthday, I should receive a full refund. I have been struggling with a frustrating issue for the past two days. I select an item to purchase, proceed to PayPal, but encounter an error message stating I do not have permission to make a change, ultimately leading to a blank screen. Suspecting an issue with my PayPal account, I spent hours this morning resolving any potential problems. I even verified all details with a customer service representative. Despite these efforts, the same problem persists when trying to buy a pair of earrings for a bird lover friend. I believe the issue lies with Etsy as my PayPal account seems to be fine. On November fifth, I placed an order for a doll from Ukraine. It was shipped on November thirteenth, but tracking it has been a challenge. I was informed that it would arrive by November twenty-sixth, giving me enough time to review it before sending it as a gift to my mother's great grandchild in Vancouver. The order number provided by Etsy is #[redacted]. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find any contact information for Etsy to seek assistance. This lack of customer support is extremely frustrating, and as a result, I will no longer use or recommend their services.

Saving drafts on Etsy can be frustrating, especially when certain details need to be filled in to do so. The purpose of drafts is to avoid issues with uploading pictures, which can be unreliable. At times, one may need to pause and resume work later, so being able to save progress at any point would be beneficial. As it stands, having to restart without knowing if the work will be saved can lead to repeating tasks multiple times. The draft function should allow saving at any stage, regardless of photos or details, since drafts are not visible to customers. Allowing users to save any progress made would greatly improve the drafting experience on Etsy.
