I have not received any emails regarding violations of store regulations, and I am uncertain as to why my account was suspended. I am willing to provide any necessary information upon request to resolve this matter. I specialize in selling customized wallets with custom pictures and texts, as well as personalized jewelry. I am unclear about the cause of the suspension as I did not receive any notification. Should there be any issues with my store, please notify me so I can address them promptly in accordance with Etsy's policies. I have a pending order that won't process through PayPal as it says the total is too low. On August 13, [redacted], I placed an order with JennsTwitchDesigns for the 6 x Custom Twitch Sub Badges / Cheer Bit Badges Package. The promise was a quick turnaround within 24-48 hours. However, after numerous attempts to get updates, communication was sporadic and excuses were provided. As of September 16, [redacted], over a month later, I have not received my order and the experience has been frustrating. I am seeking a refund of £14.40 due to the delay and lack of satisfactory customer service. Etsy's support system has not been helpful in addressing my concerns adequately. I am disappointed with both the shop and Etsy for not resolving this issue promptly and efficiently.

I invested considerable time repeatedly inputting my uploads, ensuring accuracy and completing all necessary information due to the persistent error at the top, only to have everything wiped out. This happened three times. I am frustrated beyond belief. Why is this webpage so poorly designed? I am on the verge of losing my patience. It seems like there is a lack of proper organization. Why is there no customer support via phone or chat available? I have doubts whether I will encounter smooth transactions if I proceed to sell items on this platform. If accessing the platform was this troublesome, what challenges await after successfully logging in? I hope for a genuine response with actual assistance, not just generic replies.

I made a purchase from Mermaid Stand Up Letters through ATOLetters in June [redacted]. According to the tracking information, my item was dispatched on June 10th. I followed the tracking until August, which still showed the item in transit. After multiple unanswered emails, I resorted to sending a text message. The reply mentioned lost items and the seller's frustration. I requested a refund, and was informed the seller had a replacement for the missing letter "W". However, as of August 29th, I have not received any confirmation of the replacement being dispatched. My text messages now only receive automated responses. I have asked for a full refund of £22.55, but have not made any progress. I regret not reading reviews before making this purchase, as it seems others have faced similar problems. Given the time passed since my order in June, I am unsure how to proceed to get my money back. I would appreciate assistance on resolving this matter. Please contact me via email. Thank you.

I was given a gift card by my sister-in-law, Lori Goldman, six years ago. The card number is: DWGZ-X8VN-SGVT-3RKS, worth $50. I believe there may be a second card with a similar number as my sister-in-law could use hers, but mine always shows as used whenever I try. My sister-in-law is Corianna Nevins-Goldman, and we received the cards together. When attempting to use the card, it indicates it has already been used and doesn't work. I've tried periodically to resolve this over time but to no avail. The password I used was K322?! and it mentions I have 2 accounts. My daughter, who is more tech-savvy, tried to contact support on my behalf, but we never received a response. I feel frustrated and disappointed with the lack of assistance, and if this isn't resolved, I won't use Etsy again. I kindly request a thorough investigation to clarify if I have 2 accounts and to enable me to finally use the gift card. I recently received an email from someone claiming to be from Etsy UK, stating they will call me at 11 am today for the Shop Optimization program. The email contains details about the event and includes contact information such as a phone number and Calendly links for canceling or rescheduling the appointment. The event is scheduled for Thu, 24 Sep [redacted], from 11 am to 11:30 am in the United Kingdom. The email also lists the attendees and the organizer's email address as [redacted] The email seems suspicious as I am not sure if it is a phishing attempt.

I have initiated contact with the NY Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau due to the common occurrence of this problem among Etsy shop owners. It's essential for platforms to verify sellers before allowing them to sell to prevent disruptions like this. The verification system seems flawed as all provided IDs match the accounts accurately. It's concerning that there is no access to customer support to address this critical issue. I eagerly await a response from Etsy and have media outlets interested in the outcome. About a year ago, I listed waterless cookware on Etsy and assumed it was inactive after four months. Recently, I was surprised to find out it had sold, but faced issues with shipping costs and advertising charges. Etsy overcharged me $[redacted].90 for shipping and advertising without prior notice or consent. Despite attempts to contact Etsy for support, I received vague responses and unhelpful links. I used my UPS account for shipping instead of their label, yet still got charged. I've been trying for a month to resolve this with no success. I am currently using Etsy in conjunction with Printify, which means I lack control over the prices displayed. I am seeking to have all prices on my listings inclusive of shipping costs, with shipping advertised as "free". While I successfully achieved this for one product line by simply selecting "ok", I am keen to apply this setting to all my products to avoid the confusion caused by inconsistent pricing. Despite my efforts to implement this change by following the provided guidelines, I find myself increasingly perplexed by the instructions geared towards U.S.-based users, whereas I am based in Holland, Europe.

I experienced a frustrating situation with a seller on Etsy. After waiting over three weeks for an item that should have arrived in three days, the seller blamed me for a USPS issue. Despite my efforts to reach out before the item was sent back, the seller only contacted me three days after receiving it. I am an experienced Amazon seller with a flawless track record, and I need Etsy to address this lack of customer service from the seller. Yesterday, I placed an order for the "Good Vibes" Tee shirt from Pegasus Apparel (Order [redacted]). The shirt was advertised at $13.29, but when selecting a size, the price jumped to $17.49. After reaching out to Pegasus via email, I received a response thanking me for my concern but without an explanation for the price difference. Today, I received an email from Pegasus with the same sale price as before, along with free shipping. I believe I should receive a refund for the price discrepancy. Even though I confirmed that I still wanted the shirt as it's a gift, I don't feel this is good customer service. Thank you. - C.T.

I am seeking assistance from Etsy as I am frustrated with the lack of options to speak to a representative. I placed an order that was due on October 1 and it has not arrived without any updates. I have had several of my products censored by Etsy. It's concerning that Q or Qanon content is deemed inappropriate while BLM (Black Lives Matter) and ANTIFA products are allowed. ANTIFA is considered a domestic terrorist organization, yet they are still permitted. Q and Qanon aim to combat human trafficking and provoke critical thinking. The inconsistency in Etsy's censorship policy is alarming. It's crucial for Etsy to align its values with American principles to prevent a loss of business. I am having issues with my shop "woodrecommend" on Etsy that has not opened yet. While inputting product details in the Shop Manager, a message appeared informing me that my account has been suspended and advised me to refer to an email for more information. Unfortunately, I have not received any email regarding this matter. I have been unsuccessful in resolving this situation independently and now require help. 1. I am interested in purchasing some Kilta/Arabia porcelain cups from Christopher "Tyenvintagegoods" on your platform. Since shipping from the USA is costly, I would like the cups to be shipped to our son in Seattle, USA. The delivery address form requires a "Postleitzahl" (postal code) which is not compatible with the WA [redacted] in our son's Seattle address. How can I proceed with this?

I am having trouble contacting Etsy. Despite trying to reach out through their support system, I keep getting redirected back to the beginning. Recently, I switched my operating system from XP to Win 8.1. Now, when I attempt to access my Etsy account, it reflects an unconfirmed Hotmail account that is not associated with my Etsy email. Efforts to correct my email address have resulted in creating a new account inadvertently. I suspect there may have been a glitch during the migration of bookmarks from the old account to the new one. I am unsure how to rectify this situation beyond that. I believe my account details can be retrieved using this email, but I am willing to provide additional verification if necessary. Thank you. D.C. P.S. I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing issue I've been facing for weeks. Despite numerous attempts to resolve it through Etsy, the problem remains unresolved. I am concerned about the repeated deposits into an inactive account (ending in [redacted]) instead of the correct one (ending in [redacted]). This error has left me without the earnings from my sales. I have been unable to update my banking details as the system recognizes the incorrect account as already on file. I urgently need to resolve this matter as it is causing substantial inconvenience. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak to a representative over the phone to address this pressing issue.

Hello, my name is Michel Atlan. I sold an item yesterday to Angela D'Orazio with order number #[redacted] through Etsy. I shipped it this morning via the post office. Before that, I wanted to see how much the postage would be if I bought a shipping label through Etsy from Pitney Bowes. However, upon seeing the shipping label price on the screen, I decided not to use it. I then went to the post office personally and paid $ 12.25 out of my pocket for the postage. Unfortunately, Etsy's system charged me $11.64 for the shipping label that I did not confirm purchasing. I would like the $11.64 refunded to me as it was deducted from my balance due.
