I ordered a sign from Salmon Creek Antiques in February ****. It was a gift for my grandson and put it away for later this year. I know you have a *** day limit, but when I contacted them from their page on your web site that they made an error in the sign, about a month ago, they wrote back that they would replace it. I have contacted them twice since then, with NO additional response. And no replacement haas come. The inability to call them really ticks me off. Their lack of customer service and the inability to contact Etsy easily, is a second reason for me to be less than satisfied with your company. I want the replacement sign, without any further action in my part.
