Hello, I am seeking some assistance as I recently fulfilled an order for 2 shirts that I promptly dispatched on time. Due to COVID-19, there are significant delays with deliveries, especially from Sydney to America, where this order was destined. The customer messaged me for the first time today, inquiring about his order and expressing the need for it by the next day. He mentioned placing the order at the start of May and not receiving it yet. This customer did not contact me before placing the order nor set a delivery deadline. Prior to today, I had no communication from him. I responded to his message, assuring him of my investigation, despite having already provided him with a tracking number. After a few hours, he sent another message demanding a refund for not receiving the goods on time. I haven't replied yet and feel hesitant as I believe he is not entitled to a refund due to circumstances beyond my control. I am worried about a potential negative review from this customer affecting my reputation. Any advice on preventing this would be appreciated. Regards, Wendy

I placed order #[redacted], but it hasn't appeared on my updated Etsy account. Despite changing my email years ago, I found the receipt for the recent purchase in an old, compromised email while closing it. When I tried to access the receipt or track the package, a message stated it wasn't my account. Strangely, the charge came through my bank account linked to a new debit card from November [redacted]. I've attempted to reach out to the seller, but there has been no response, and I can't find a contact number to speak with someone.

I am facing an issue with the seller Aysen Roberts Ozten from Memory Silver. I purchased a ring and the money was deducted immediately. After over a month and a half, there seems to be a delay. The seller promised delivery on the 7th, then mentioned that it was shipped on May 26, but it is now June 15. I also ordered a bracelet as a gift, and I requested to cancel the ring before it was shipped, but the seller did not comply. I am unsure about the bracelet's status as there is no tracking available. I have been a satisfied customer of your website, but this experience is disappointing. I made a purchase from Genuine California Co for four 16 oz pump fluid hand sanitizer gels with order #[redacted]. The total cost with tax and shipping was $[redacted].62. According to my confirmation, the delivery was expected between 5/27 and 5/29/[redacted]. As of June 15th, I have not received the product, and I have been unable to reach the company even though they are listed as a vendor on your site. I am now requesting a refund before I escalate the issue to my credit card company and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I am part of the vulnerable population due to my health conditions and age, and this delay has caused me frustration. I have recommended your site to many, but I am disappointed with this experience. I have checked my billing, and there seems to be a duplicate order placed on 5/14/[redacted], which I am looking into. I hope you can assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

I have found a seller who is engaging in fraudulent behavior by not sending the products to buyers, providing fake tracking codes, and then reselling the items under a different name. I have solid evidence with images to prove this misconduct. The vendor, Kerry S., specifically keeps reselling a Rolex watch using these deceptive tactics. Attempts to reach out have been futile as malware has been used to block communication and safeguard the seller's identity. This is a serious federal offense, and your company may be implicated in a federal investigation. Your business license could be at risk while the situation is investigated in Texas. Numerous credit card offenses have been tied to your headquarters. I am not the only one who has been affected by this swindle. Please respond promptly to address this issue.

I received an email notifying me of a package delivery, but I haven't found it in my apartment building at [redacted] Ocean Crest Drive, #[redacted], Rancho Palos Verdes, California [redacted], USA. The package, from Masaic Tme in Ukraine, has the tracking number RC[redacted]63UA and was marked as delivered at 4:29 pm or 5:22 pm Pacific Standard Time on June 18th, [redacted]. Although the status shows it was delivered to "an individual," it isn't with me. Contacting at [redacted] or [redacted] hasn't helped so far. Could it have been delivered elsewhere due to its origin? Any guidance on who I should reach out to for help? Thank you for your assistance!

I bought a wig on June 3rd for $92.44 as a gift with an expected delivery in a week. Despite my attempts to contact the seller repeatedly, they were unresponsive. After discovering similar issues in reviews on the seller's Etsy page, I opened a case with Etsy on June 14th. Following this, the seller printed a shipping label but did not ship the wig. I escalated the case on June 17th, and since then, the seller's store has vanished from Etsy. I have received no updates from Etsy on the resolution of my case. I believe a resolution should be straightforward, either providing store credit for a purchase from a reliable seller or issuing a refund.

Each product's renewal fee was allegedly 29 cents, making the total calculate inaccurately. The issue lies in the fees being charged for renewals even though the items weren't sold out or due for renewal yet. I'm having trouble contacting Etsy by phone or online. My computer, which I've had for 12 years, is not supported by them, and I can't afford a new one right now. The browser on my current computer can't be updated either. I recently bought some stones for jewelry making on Etsy using my debit card after creating an account. Although my bank approved the payment, my order on Etsy shows as "Cancelled." When I tried to reorder, I received a message saying my account was cancelled. I make jewelry and had the funds for the purchase. I'm unable to reach Etsy to sort this out.

I have been unable to reach Etsy by phone or through their online platform. I am experiencing issues with my older computer and unable to update the browser. I made a purchase for stones on Etsy using my debit card, which required me to create an account. The funds were approved by my bank, but my order status changed to "Cancelled" on Etsy. When I tried to reorder, my account was cancelled as well. I am a legitimate customer trying to purchase supplies for jewelry making. I need Etsy to reinstate my account and my order. They should contact the seller about their error in the situation.

Last night, I received a call from Amex regarding a suspicious charge on Etsy for $69.51. As I did not make this purchase, Amex promptly canceled my card and will issue a new one. However, this morning I received an email from Etsy about a $96.48 order I did not place. When attempting to reset my password, I encountered difficulties signing into my Etsy account as it requires an Authenticator app code. Despite downloading the app and entering the code provided, Etsy continues to reject it as incorrect, leaving me unable to access my account or reach customer support.

Order number #[redacted]: I purchased an exotic silk kaftan for £80 from Kajabeach.etsy.com. The item was described as silk on Etsy, but the material label on the garment says "rayon silk," which is a cheaper, man-made material. I find this description on Etsy to be misleading. I am looking to arrange a full or partial refund, but I am unable to contact the seller. I noticed a charge on my account from Esty for a $50 gift card on June 11th, [redacted]. I don't remember purchasing a gift card. The charge is followed by the numbers [redacted]. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue for me. It would have been more convenient if there was a simpler way to reach out to you, but I am hopeful that you will assist me. Otherwise, I will have to contact my credit card company for assistance. I want to ensure I am not billed for something I did not authorize.

I have had my online store running for a few months now, constantly adding new products. Strangely, when I search for my items using keywords that match my listing titles, my products are not appearing in the search results. Reading through the Community Forums, it seems like my shop might not be "indexed." I am not familiar with this term and have no clue how to resolve it, especially since I am unable to connect with a live person at Etsy. My store is named FernandPiperCo.

Good afternoon, I placed an order on Monday, 6/29/20, for an Oval Cut White Sapphire Engagement Ring in 14k White Gold, 10x8mm Oval Cut. I have not yet received a confirmation for this order. The billing name is Linwood Coates. When I contacted Mariah, she mentioned that the order has not been received yet because Etsy is still processing the payment. She recommended reaching out to Etsy support if needed. After confirming with Mariah today that the payment is legitimate and funds are available, I inquired about the email address tied to the debit card potentially causing the issue. I have recently listed 16 items in my new store, MaskMottos, however, they were briefly indexed but have not been published or showing up in search results for the last few weeks. I am concerned that I may be facing discrimination due to the nature of my business.
