I am new to Etsy and recently bought face masks from HSS. They indicated shipping from the US or Bulgaria but later clarified they only ship from Bulgaria. I placed the order on April 6, [redacted], with an expected delivery date of the 22nd. After not receiving my package, I was informed about possible shipping delays due to the virus situation and got no further updates until the package reached Chicago. However, after this purchase, my credit card was hit with 45 unauthorized charges from various European countries, prompting my card company to freeze the account. I only used this card for the HSS purchase, so these additional charges raise concerns about the security of HSS's financial systems. I am seeking clarity on whether the face masks were indeed shipped to me as expected or if there are any anomalies. The sudden surge in illegal charges, especially from European sources, has left me anxious and alarmed about this situation.

I purchased 2 ladies' masks with a blue pattern from KimBuilt on Etsy. There was no item number displayed on the website. Although the USPS claimed they delivered the package, I never received it due to an incorrect delivery address. Despite informing KimBuilt about the issue, I received a different item than what I originally ordered. While appreciative of the gesture and the lack of additional charges, I was disappointed as I still ended up paying for an item I didn't receive. The waiting time of 2-3 weeks, considering the demand, added to my disappointment. In the past, I've had successful deliveries from Etsy to my home address, avoiding mailbox mishaps due to larger items. I ordered a West Bend 4-qt. slow cooker and was surprised by the high price for its size. I believed it was new because there was no mention of it being used, and it resembled one I previously owned that could be used in the oven. Unfortunately, upon receiving it, I discovered it was used, with worn-off teflon inside and on the griddle. The condition is worse than my larger cooker. I feel let down and do not want to bear the cost of returning it. The price was steep (I could get a new 6-quart for the same amount) and I made the purchase without knowledge of its true state. I recently received my West Bend 4-qt. slow cooker order. Concerned about the high price, I noted it resembles a previous model I had. I posted a review on Consumer Affairs on May 6, [redacted]. I bought a Bernina [redacted] vintage sewing machine from SewiconicShop on April 14, [redacted], paying $[redacted].00. The seller, Ashley Bradbury, described it as a gem, but after purchase, I found out it needed a voltage converter adapter, which was not mentioned beforehand. The machine also started sewing by itself. When I contacted Ashley, she suggested I repair it myself. Etsy was unhelpful, refusing a refund or assistance. I advise avoiding SewIconicShop and caution against buying used machines on Etsy. I purchased it for making face masks during COVID-19, but now my supplies sit unused. eBay offers better buyer protection. This experience left me disappointed and $[redacted].00 poorer. Be cautious when shopping online, consider eBay over Etsy, and avoid SewIconicShop.

I currently have an Etsy account associated with my old email address [redacted], which I no longer use. During checkout, I intended to switch to my new email, [redacted], but decided to stick with the old one since it's still active. Hello, As an Etsy seller, I recently had a customer order four plates, but two of them were marked as "SOLD OUT" incorrectly. I need to issue a refund for the 11" Dinner Plate (PIG) and the 11" Dinner Plate (CHICKEN) as they were charged for these items, though they were sold out. Reaching Out to Etsy for Changing to an N26 Bank Account I need to switch my bank account to my N26 account. I live in France, and N26 is based in Germany (IBAN: DE...). After researching online, I found this message: @NoRepeatSTUDIO You simply have to contact Etsy so they can manually change your country, assuming you are trying to change from one eurozone bank to another. I'm in France and obtained an N26 card. I reached out to support, and they promptly assisted me in setting up my account with a German bank number. Since Etsy does not provide customer contact, I am posting my question here to inquire about the process for making this change and reaching out to Etsy. Thank you.

The seller made me an offer on an item, stating to contact them before payment for a discount. After accepting and asking for payment instructions, the seller reserved the item for me but then sold it to someone else at a higher price without giving me payment details. When inquiring about the item, the seller mentioned it was sold while waiting for instructions. Despite my offer to cover any fees, the seller refused to sell it to me, citing potential cancellation fees. The seller declined further communication rudely and requested to stop contact. This situation feels like a breach of contract and fraudulent behavior. I am attempting to contact Etsy for assistance, but I cannot locate the link to report the shop.

As a seller on Etsy.com, I am currently experiencing a compromised account situation. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account due to a password change by the hacker. Despite requesting a password change nearly 3 hours ago, I have not yet received the email containing the necessary link to reset my password. I purchased 5 masks from the owner of CleanStitches on Etsy, Dia P., in Elijah, Georgia. The delivery was delayed by nearly four weeks, and when the masks arrived, they were too small. Even for me with a small head, they were barely fitting, and for my husband, they were way off. I purchased a custom poem from True North Design on Etsy, and I received an email confirmation stating that my order was delivered on May 7, [redacted]. Despite this, I have not received the product. When I reached out to the seller for assistance, they informed me that they are not responsible for any further action regarding the delivery. They even threatened to report me for harassment if I contacted them again. The tracking number I was provided seems to be invalid, as when I checked with my local post office (USPS), they mentioned that valid tracking numbers should be 22 digits long and start with a 9. However, the tracking number I have starts with a zero and is only 20 digits long, making it impossible for me to confirm with USPS whether my package was indeed sent or delivered.

On my Etsy shop EyeSkreem, I currently have a total of 13 reviews. The most recent review was left by a customer who reached out to me three days after receiving their product. They gave me a one-star rating, stating that they didn't receive their shipment on time. I promptly provided them with a tracking invoice from USPS, which clearly showed the delivery date. The customer acknowledged receiving the item days earlier but refused to update their rating. This single unfair review has now tarnished my overall store rating to one star. I strongly believe that one customer's unjust criticism, based on their failure to communicate timely, should not define the reputation of my store. EyeSkreem has been operating for four years and has consistently maintained a four-star rating until this incident. I seek guidance on how to address this issue. Thank you for your help.

I made a purchase from the Spinnerringstore in Jaipur, India. Vanishka alerted me in April, after I placed the order on March 25th, that the parcel might be slightly delayed. Despite my patience, I only received notification of a shipping label being generated around May 18th indicating pre-transit to Seattle, WA. I have initiated an investigation with the post offices in Seattle and locally, along with contacting the Attorney General's office. Disappointingly, both offices confirmed that no parcel was shipped, only a label was created. Unlike packages from other locations I ordered through Etsy, such as Turkey and Ukraine, which arrived promptly, this particular one has not shown any progress. I comprehend the challenges posed by the pandemic and have exercised patience. At this point, I am kindly requesting a full refund and the cancellation of my order as this has been my first negative encounter with a seller. Your assistance in peacefully resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I was disappointed yesterday after receiving an email regarding Black Lives Matter. I believe in the importance of ALL Lives Matter, including our Police Officers who risk their lives daily to protect communities. Despite instances of abuse of power, it's important to remember that there are always a few individuals who do not represent the whole group. My nephew, a State Trooper, courageously serves his community, leaving his loved ones each day not knowing what might happen. In light of this, I disagree with Etsy's values and have decided to close my account. I value my hard-earned money and will support businesses that align with my beliefs.
