Hello Etsy support team, I am reaching out regarding my suspended shop. Due to a missed payment, my shop was suspended. I have since made the payment, but my shop remains suspended. My credit card company and bank confirm the payment was sent to Etsy successfully. However, on my Etsy payment page, it states that they are unable to charge my credit card. I am unsure of how to proceed with this issue. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support.

I noticed a charge of $44.31 on my account from Etsy this month. I did not make any purchases from Etsy recently. I am requesting a refund for this charge. If this charge is related to Globe In, I have returned all the packages I received from them. I have already contacted them to stop sending me packages as I cannot recall ordering anything from them or from your company. I am seeking clarification on why there are recurring charges on my account. If I made a purchase, please provide details to help me understand. I eagerly await your prompt response to resolve this matter. I cannot recall ordering anything from you, possibly around Christmas when I returned all items. If the charge is for the sheets, they were returned in December. The packages I received were all sent back.

Hello, my account was suspended due to shipping delays. I understand that the holiday season was busy, but I have been in constant communication with customers. Upon checking, I noticed that some orders, which were delivered weeks ago, still show as "Pre Transit" on Etsy. Some even have customer reviews. When you track these orders on the USPS website, you can see the accurate status. I believe these discrepancies in the order status might have led to the recommendation to close my store. I am willing to provide a detailed list of these orders with incorrect statuses if needed. Thank you, Michael.

I purchased a leather jacket from a vendor on Etsy's website on December 29, [redacted]. I have already paid for this item. I have been struggling to contact Etsy regarding this order. I discovered a note within Etsy's site from the vendor requesting a physical address, which I provided through the vendor's site. I have not received any response after sending a second message this morning. The vendor is listed as ssinsez, and my order number is [redacted]. - J. Kallman

Order #[redacted] for Bill Roberts has had multiple issues resulting in not receiving the pattern. Health concerns and difficulty downloading on the iPad have been hindrances, leading to a changed AOL password that did not resolve the problem. To overcome these challenges, the best solution proposed is to send the pattern directly to the email of Bill's wife at [redacted] for printing from her laptop. Crocheting has been a beneficial hobby for Bill's health, and resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I reached out to DelicateLayers online regarding my disappointment with the size of the 'small' pearl drop earrings I purchased. The spokesperson, Kelly, emphasized how to wear the earrings and mentioned that the product description warns those who struggle with handling tiny items may have difficulty with them. The earrings are extremely small, flimsy, easily bent, and thin as a thumbnail. Despite the option to exchange them, I would have to cover the return shipping costs and the shipping fees for the new pair. The lack of understanding, poor quality, and focus on how to wear the earrings instead of addressing the real issue of their subpar quality has left me seeking a full refund. These earrings are of such low quality that they seem not worth even 5 cents. I have never had such an experience with Etsy in the past, making me question the reputation of DelicateLayers. Cindy S.

Hello, I recently downloaded Etsy and was browsing handmade earrings when I accidentally made a purchase without realizing it. Although I was about to buy sweet bag, gold fish, and gummy bear earrings from the seller Aethetiprism, I didn't complete the order as I found cheaper options elsewhere due to my metal allergies. I received an invoice for the purchase that I didn't intend to make. I am unable to wear these earrings, so I'd appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you.

I have been trying to get a refund from Faye Leu (NYCYINVINT) on Etsy since February 7th. The earrings I received were much smaller than described, and one of them doesn't even fasten correctly. I am disappointed with the seller's lack of response and Etsy's customer service. I reached out to my bank to dispute the charge. I tried to upload pictures to open a dispute on Etsy, but as a senior at 69, I am not tech-savvy enough to do so. I feel like Etsy should be more transparent about their policies upfront. My order number is [redacted]. I have emailed Etsy multiple times, but they have not been helpful. It's frustrating to be in this situation; I hope Etsy can address this issue properly. Despite reaching out to the seller multiple times regarding the issue with the earrings, they have only responded once. Etsy's lack of support for seniors who are not tech-savvy is disheartening. I have encountered a technical issue with browsing Etsy on my phone, without WiFi, in my rural area. Lately, there has been a delay in loading the main picture on a seller's item page. The picture completes loading only after the page script and other information display, which is frustrating and disrupts the shopping experience. This change seems geared toward increasing profits but might have the opposite effect of losing customers. The order in which elements load has been altered and it detracts from the browsing pleasure. I hope Etsy can address this loading issue promptly. After using AOL as my primary account, it was hacked, so I transitioned to using Gmail. I believe I have an Etsy account linked to my Gmail, which I use to make purchases without issues. Now, I'm trying to download quilt patterns in PDF format for the first time. However, when I attempted to access my Etsy account, it redirected me to my old AOL account, and I can't update or delete it. Unfortunately, I seem to have misplaced the account login details related to Etsy, hindering my ability to make any changes. I am also unsure how to go about opening and downloading PDF files. I've tried researching how to download such files, but it doesn't address my inability to access my Etsy account correctly. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello Etsy Customer Service, I recently had two separate sales last week, and I mistakenly thought one of my listings had expired when it was actually pending sale. I inadvertently "relisted" it, resulting in a charge for the listing, although it had already been sold. As I rarely make sales, this caused my confusion. Additionally, the buyer had also messaged me about purchasing a second item at the same time. Therefore, the listing in question has already been sold. I recently placed an order with your company and have been receiving frequent emails which I would like to unsubscribe from. There seems to be no option to do this in the contact customer support section. I specifically remember not seeing an unsubscribe box when I checked out, as it was pre-selected for me. I am frustrated by this and would appreciate if you could stop sending me these emails. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone at customer support to address this issue directly.

I would like to report that the customer provided a low rating of two stars due to accidentally dropping the item, causing damage. Despite the product being intact upon delivery, I sent a replacement at no additional cost. However, I have not received any response from Mr. Vargas regarding his satisfaction with the replacement or a potential review revision. I bought a hooded Child's aran pattern for £1.56 on February 29th. I ended up being charged twice for the same download. The issue arose because the pattern was originally sold out, so I attempted the purchase again. Consequently, I am down £1.56 because Etsy deducted two payments for one item. It should have been recognized that since it's a downloadable item, only one copy is needed. This has made me hesitant to buy from Etsy again, as I feel this could be a deliberate way to profit. I have contacted hobo hooks, but Eileen mentioned they can't refund me since Etsy processed the payments, totaling £3.12 for a single pattern – a clear overcharge.

Hello, I have been attempting to reach out to Etsy for more than two months without success. My previous shop was hacked into and potentially used for money laundering, then closed down by the hackers. This happened while I was in the hospital and my shop was in vacation mode. When I discovered the issue, I briefly saw my shop on my phone before it was shut down. Since the hackers disabled the vacation mode, there might have been real orders that I was unable to fulfill. Despite numerous emails to Etsy, I have not received any responses. I even spoke with representatives through the chat center, who promised to escalate my case, but nothing has come of it. I had assumed my old established shop was gone forever, so I created a new one. Shortly after opening the new shop, I was inexplicably banned from forums and teams. This indicates that Etsy is monitoring my shop somehow but penalizing me instead of assisting. I urgently require clarification and to understand my status because if I cannot use Etsy normally, I may need to consider leaving the platform. This situation has significant financial consequences for me, as I am already facing challenges. Please provide assistance or at the very least, communicate with me. Today, someone unauthorized changed my email and password and made fraudulent orders totaling almost $[redacted] on my credit card, resulting in overdraft fees. I have closed the credit card and will not be paying for these items. If your security cannot prevent such incidents, I request you to close my account. Please reverse these charges, or I will hold you responsible.

I placed an order with seller zlotoguru on March 4, [redacted], with Order #[redacted]. Unfortunately, the item never arrived, and I opened Case #[redacted]96 on April 1, [redacted], after the seller failed to reimburse me as promised. The seller provided a supposed proof of shipment in Russian, claiming the item was lost, but this document does not even show my address. I do not speak Russian, and this document is not a valid proof of shipment. It appears that the seller is dishonest, and Etsy has not been helpful in resolving this issue. I feel like I have been robbed of $81, and I urge Etsy to take action to protect customers like me from unscrupulous sellers. The so-called shipping receipt is not credible, and I fear it could be for a different order altogether.

I purchased a black spinel cross pendant from Etsy, specifically from The RamsEye Supply seller with order number [redacted]. Unfortunately, I did not receive the pendant as described. The seller claimed it was in the white pouch, which was not the case, and the bubble packaging was open when I received the box. Despite my communication with the seller explaining the situation and returning all contents of the box, including a gifted rock, the seller has refused to refund my $39.00 (plus tax) payment. I feel unfairly treated as the seller accuses me of scamming, even though I genuinely did not receive the pendant. I'm wondering if Etsy has a refund policy for situations of potential theft during shipping. I am disappointed by the seller's response and hope for a resolution. - T.M.

I have no knowledge of this person, and I am confused about their claims regarding infringement on their items.
