I bought a large order of rings from Sparkling Seas Co on Etsy, order #[redacted], in August [redacted]. The tracking information has shown it in transit from Mumbai, India to Kelowna, BC, Canada since August 22, [redacted]. However, the package has not been delivered yet. I have tried to contact the seller twice, but have not received any response. Unfortunately, I am unable to open a case as it has been over [redacted] days. Could Etsy please assist in contacting the seller to locate my order and ensure its delivery? Thank you, D. Gooliaff.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with my shop, Martin3Designers. After my computer unexpectedly shut down, I found that I couldn't access my shop through my account. When attempting to create a new account under the same name, I was informed that the shop name was already in use. I kindly request your assistance in either unlocking my shop for me or deleting the existing one so that I can continue to use our original name. Hello, I purchased a Taylor Swift sweatshirt in early December, but it has not arrived yet and is still in the USA. I live in Germany and ordered it to be delivered here. Klarna has contacted me requesting payment for the sweatshirt, but I cannot pay for something I have not received. I would appreciate either receiving the sweatshirt or having the bill canceled. I bought a bracelet for my granddaughter from Jewelry Blues, and after a few weeks, it broke. I paid $15 for the repair. A week later, it broke again in a different spot. A customer made a purchase from my shop on December 13, [redacted], with the understanding that standard USPS shipping would be used. Following the purchase, the customer contacted me to request FedEx 2-day shipping instead. I explained that I could accommodate the request but would need to charge for the difference in shipping costs. Upon informing the customer of the additional charge, they then requested overnight shipping. I clarified the extra cost for FedEx overnight shipping, and the customer agreed to the additional payment. However, after sending the item, I discovered that the customer had not paid for the upgraded shipping service. Despite reaching out to them four times regarding the outstanding payment, I have not received a response.

The seller sent me a product different from what I ordered in February [redacted]. In June, she reshipped the same item which I promptly returned. However, she claims it's too late for a refund due to the time elapsed, even though it took her nearly 3 months to send the same incorrect item. By the time the second item arrived, it was too late to take any action. Despite sending numerous emails requesting a refund or the correct item, the seller has been unresponsive. After almost 9 months of trying to resolve the issue, I have received no item or refund. The email communication system has been unhelpful, advising me to sort it out with the seller, who has not replied to any of my messages. I am now seeking a refund or the no-color option as suggested in my previous email.

I received an email from Etsy today promoting various items in the color chartreuse. The first item highlighted was a shoulder bag, but when I clicked on it, I couldn't find the bag on their website. Despite searching for it using the search engine, I couldn't locate it after scrolling through numerous pages. I attempted to contact customer service and even searched for a phone number without success. The only number I found was automated. I've been a loyal Etsy customer since their early days and have spent thousands of dollars over the years. It's disappointing to see that as they've grown, their customer service seems to have declined.

On December 7, [redacted], my wallet was stolen, which contained my credit cards, debit card, and driver's license. I have already stopped all the cards, filed a report with the Ventura Police Department, and received replacement cards. Unfortunately, someone is now using my new number, and the credit card company has blocked two of the new cards. They have also blocked Redbox from using my credit card in the future. I recently purchased a Parrot pattern from Etsy using a debit card, but I won't use it in the future. Please remove all current credit card and debit card numbers from my account. I will update the information once I receive my new card. I'm following Visa's advice by sharing this with you. Thank you.

I purchased a fake Rolex watch from a seller who is unresponsive to my emails and has disappeared from Etsy. Upon further research, I discovered a different seller on Etsy listing the exact same watch I bought from the initial seller. It seems suspicious that they are using different store names. I am concerned about this fraudulent activity and the low prices for high-end watches from relatively new Etsy sellers. I regret making the purchase and am now out $[redacted] through PayPal.

I placed an order for a headpiece for my daughter's wedding on November 29, [redacted], which was supposed to arrive within 3 to 5 days from the Ukraine. However, it is now January 11, and I have not received it. Despite reaching out to the seller, I have not received a response. My frustration is growing as the item has not arrived, even though my credit card was charged promptly. I urge someone to contact me at [redacted] immediately. I received a notification stating that 'my order has been dispatched' even though I didn't place any recent orders. Previously, I had placed an order where the Ad claimed FREE DELIVERY but it wasn't honored, resulting in a refund. Suddenly, I've received an email with an order number notifying me of a dispatched order? I checked my bank account, and no money was deducted. However, I am concerned about the possibility of unauthorized access to my account as there was no balance at that time. I haven't made any new purchases from that seller. I am looking for assistance in addressing this issue. It's disappointing to receive such an unhelpful response. The question posed next, 'You did not yet indicate what Etsy.com should do to make this right', is truly baffling.

Subject: Order Issue with LeesVintageModels on Etsy Order Number: [redacted] I recently placed an order on Nov 11 for the SGT ROCK Complete Comic Book Collection. The seller, Lee Alexander from LeesVintageModels, faced a delay due to a family emergency, and the delivery was received on Dec 11. Unfortunately, upon inspection, the second disc of the collection had a major issue as it vibrated and buzzed loudly when inserted. Despite attempts to copy the data to my computer, it kept freezing with a "not responding" message. I have tried to reach out to Lee Alexander for a resolution without success. Order Number: [redacted] To Etsy Customer Service, I recently made a purchase on your site after hearing positive reviews from friends. Although I paid through PayPal on Nov 11, I didn't receive the item until Dec 11 as the seller, Lee Alexander, had a family emergency. Unfortunately, upon receiving the product, I noticed a significant issue with the second disc. It vibrates loudly and buzzes upon insertion, making it impossible to copy the data successfully to my computer, despite numerous attempts on different devices. I have reached out to Lee regarding the problem but have not received a response. My friends encouraged me to escalate this issue with you in hopes of a quick resolution. I placed an order on Dec 2, [redacted], with Order Number [redacted] and Transaction ID [redacted] for a Green product. Despite receiving a confirmation on Dec 3 that it would ship between Dec 6 and Dec 16, the order never arrived. After reaching out to Etsy on Dec 22, I learned that the item was damaged during shipping. I decided to reorder the product, receiving a confirmation email on Dec 22 with Order Number [redacted] and Transaction ID [redacted], stating the Expected Delivery Date was between Dec 30, [redacted], and Jan 9, [redacted]. However, I am now unable to access my account after multiple failed password attempts, being informed that it was canceled. I am uncertain about the status of my order and why my account has been canceled. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate these issues and provide me with an update. Today, on January 18, [redacted], I tried to access my account but found it canceled after multiple failed log-in attempts. Despite thinking I knew my password, I was unable to access it. I am unsure about the status of my order and account and seek assistance from Etsy to resolve these issues promptly. I can provide a copy of the confirmation email for reference. I have been attempting to access my account, "feast4oldeyes," for the past five weeks to pay my monthly bill that was due on Jan. 15th. The same issue applies to my other shop, Pursesonals of Pgh. Every time I try to access my bill, I am redirected to a page prompting me to start a new business on Etsy, with no option to exit. Despite sending emails, I have not received any responses and don't have a phone number to call. Additionally, there are unauthorized posts on my site, Pursesonalsofpgh, from other sites. I have removed their information but did not authorize this. I am concerned that my site may have been hacked. I am eager for Etsy to contact me via email or phone to assist in resolving these matters and ensure I can pay any outstanding bills on both sites.

Hello, I recently sold an item in my shop that was shipped to the address provided by the customer. Despite my attempts to confirm the address before shipping, I never received a response, and there was no contact information available. After the item was delivered, the customer's "husband" reached out days later to say it was sent to the wrong address and State. The original person who ordered it was deployed and cannot be contacted. Now, I am dealing with someone who did not place the order, claiming there was another shipping address. On August 22, [redacted], I made a purchase for an upper denture and lower partial from Custom Dentures, paying $[redacted]. I received the impression kit and was given conflicting information about when to have the impressions made due to the teeth extraction timeline. It took a few months to have all my teeth extracted as only two could be pulled at a time. When I tried to reach out about sending my impressions, I realized I had been contacting two different businesses, thinking Custom Dentures was associated with Russell Klein Dentures. Unfortunately, I discovered there is no business called Custom Dentures on Etsy, and I have not received any responses after messaging them. It seems my $[redacted] is lost, and I am now in need of dentures without the means to purchase them. I could really use some assistance in this matter. Thank you, Becky Vincent.

I bought several bracelets from Celine at bijoucascadenacree in December of [redacted]. When they arrived, they didn't fit because she requested bracelet size instead of wrist size as mentioned in her ad. She promised to resize them if I sent them back. However, after numerous excuses, she asked me to pay for return postage to fix them. Despite her assurance to send them back at her expense, I haven't received them. Communication has been sparse, with the last update on December 26 stating she would send the bracelets back. It's been over thirteen months, and I doubt I'll receive my order. I'm reaching out here as she sells on Etsy and hoping you can assist in getting the sized bracelets or a refund for me. Thank you. Laura Wiens
