I sold a bracelet to a buyer in Italy who claims it never arrived, but USPS sent a letter stating it did. The buyer hasn't provided a letter from the Italian post office confirming non-delivery. I have emailed back and forth with the buyer and made it clear that I couldn't guarantee delivery due to past issues shipping to Italy. I informed her before the purchase that I wouldn't be responsible for lost packages. Upon her purchase, I reiterated that I would refund her if she didn't agree with my policy regarding non-delivery responsibility.

A while back, I ordered a lever wrap and a butt ammo holder for my 30-30 rifle. My credit card was charged for both items. I have received the lever wrap but have not received any information about the rifle butt ammo holder. I would like a refund for the missing item or to receive the holder. Etsy requested that we upload our ID and bank statements to complete the payment processing for orders. We recently opened our shop and are selling products, but we can't ship them until the payments clear. It's urgent to resolve this as Christmas is approaching, and customers are eagerly awaiting our rockers. I'm Carlos. I've had my account for two years now, registered under my store name and tax ID. The issue is my ex-girlfriend set up the account for me, and since we're no longer together, she keeps changing the password, leaving me locked out. I've asked her multiple times to stop, but I still can't access my account. Please, could you advise me on how to remove her from my Etsy account? Thank you.

I recently made a purchase on Etsy and wanted to follow up on my order and the shop handling it. However, I am unable to locate the shop on Etsy, which is concerning. This situation is worrying as it seems like a fraudulent business has taken my money without providing any contact information. I discovered two different email addresses associated with the payment process through Etsy and Paypal, which raises suspicions about the legitimacy of this business. The inability to reach the seller due to the non-existent shop is troubling, and I hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I bought a centerpiece from Reba at Astra Creations on Etsy.com as a guest. The base of the centerpiece was damaged during shipping, causing the whole arrangement to fall apart when I opened the box. I informed Reba about the issue and asked for a replacement, but couldn't provide a photo of the damage initially. Now that I have the photo, I'm struggling to reach Reba. I am requesting a replacement base with the flowers and decorations intact, along with instructions on where to place the candle holders, nativity stand, and how to operate the candles. I'm willing to return the damaged items once I receive the necessary instructions and address. If I don't hear back within 10 days, I'll have to dispute the charge on my credit card and contact the Better Business Bureau. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly. I encountered an issue when updating my card information on Etsy. Despite my attempt to change the card number due to a hacking incident, the system did not reflect the update and used the compromised card. Consequently, I made a duplicate order with a valid card, assuming the initial payment would be declined. Strangely, the invalid card data was somehow replaced with the new one, resulting in double orders being sent and charged. Despite my credit card company confirming the first payment denial, all three items are showing as paid for on my account. The supplier claims to have refunded postage for one item, confusing the charges further. I plan to contact my credit card company to halt any charges until this issue is resolved. It is frustrating that the system does not allow for easy changes and lacks clear customer support channels.

I noticed that the link to ship items is missing. This makes selling on the site quite challenging. It seems like there are issues with support and it's frustrating to not find any help easily available. It also appears to be challenging for sellers to navigate the site. I was even thinking of launching a fashion store, but these difficulties might make me look for alternatives. It's important to remember that there is competition in the market. Contacting for assistance shouldn't be this difficult, and the lack of communication channels is disappointing. I've had to use another email to reach out because it seems like using the platform is more of a burden than a benefit. It's disheartening to see the site become so problematic when it used to be user-friendly. It feels like the focus has shifted away from supporting sellers, which is quite concerning.

I made a purchase from Etsy seller silversmith925 for $41.37, but was charged an extra $[redacted].23 by Etsy.com. When I reached out to the seller, they mentioned, "Hi, we only receive the payment of $41.37 and do not have access to any credit card information. Etsy handles all transactions. If you are charged any additional amount by Etsy, I recommend contacting Etsy support and your bank to dispute the transaction. Please respond promptly so we can resolve this issue. Thank you!"

Hello, I recently received an email from Etsy requesting to change my email address to [redacted] I was surprised by this change, especially since I did not initiate it. When I tried to address this issue by signing into my account, I was informed that my email was now invalid. I find it concerning that such a policy allows for email changes without proper confirmation. This situation has led me to obtain the new email address associated with my account, [redacted] I believe Etsy should reconsider this policy and require additional verification steps to prevent unauthorized changes to user accounts. Order # [redacted]: I purchased a rug described as black, white, and cream but received one in dark brown and beige. I have been dealing with the seller for over three weeks, sending multiple pictures of the incorrect rug, but they have not refunded me or provided any pictures of new rugs as promised. They were supposed to refund my $23.14 shipping charges due to the inaccurate description. Despite reaching out three times, I have not received the refund. This is my first negative experience on Etsy after multiple successful orders.

Hello, I recently purchased two scarves from House of Fraser a week ago, but I cannot locate the order number. Along with the scarves, I also bought other items. Unfortunately, when our regular Hermes courier informed my husband today, it seems that a new employee signed for and possibly took everyone's parcels. I made my first purchase on Etsy without realizing it would arrive after the new year. I need it as a gift by December 22nd. I want to cancel my order before it ships so I can purchase something else. I have reached out to the seller but haven't received a response yet. The seller mentioned I could return the item for a refund once I receive it, but I need the money before the holidays, not after.

I purchased a women's extra-large "Friends" sweatshirt from Etsy.com. I was expecting an order confirmation email, which I never received. I also didn't get a confirmed order number. Although I received an email confirming my account creation on Etsy, it did not contain any order information. However, my American Express account was double-charged immediately by Etsy. One charge was for $1.01, and the second one was for $22.10. The total purchase was $19.00 but was discounted to around $17.00. I assume the $22.10 charge covers shipping and tax, if applicable. I purchased two personalized metal signs, but I have only received one so far. Despite contacting the seller multiple times, Heather assured me she would ship the missing one the following day. However, it has been a week since then, and now she is not responding to my messages. According to my order details, both signs have been delivered, but I have only received one. I am eagerly awaiting a response regarding the sign I paid for but have yet to receive.

I received a personalized coffee mug from your company that was shipped from Blaine, Washington on Dec. 5, [redacted], and it just arrived in Newark, DE. The mug is beautiful, but unfortunately, there was no sender information included in the package. Chit Chat handled the shipment, and when I contacted them, they couldn't disclose any details due to privacy reasons. They suggested reaching out to you as it might have been purchased on Etsy. I don't want to awkwardly ask friends if they sent it, potentially making them uncomfortable if they didn't. I simply want to express my gratitude to the right person. I would like to address a recent customer issue. The buyer initially reported non-receipt of the item on December 2nd. I promptly offered a refund, a choice of any item from my shop, or a replacement. The buyer chose a replacement, and I informed them it would take a few days to recreate the item and ship it via first class recorded delivery. The replacement was finished on December 12th and sent for cleaning, charging, and final dispatch. It was shipped on December 13th with tracking information provided as requested. Despite my efforts to communicate through messages and comments on Etsy, the buyer has not responded. I want to note that the buyer initially mentioned a refund would be preferred but later opted for a replacement. It took 9-10 days from the selection of the replacement for the item to be recreated, blessed, cleansed, charged, and dispatched. I have received a reminder email from Etsy, although I have completed all necessary steps. I have been unable to contact Etsy for clarification, and the lack of response is causing frustration. I seek confirmation that everything is in order. I have fulfilled my obligations to the buyer by providing updates, photos, and tracking details promptly. I kindly request a prompt response to this matter. Thank you.

As an Etsy seller, I recently received an email regarding my reviews and track record. I respectfully disagree with the claims made and would like to address this matter. I have received numerous 5-star reviews and have evidence of customers who left false reviews due to various reasons such as buyer's remorse or not reading the product description before ordering. In one instance, a customer threatened a negative review after wearing an item for an extended period, not following care instructions, and demanding a refund. I stood by my policies and refused the refund. I believe Etsy should carefully consider these situations and support sellers against false claims. I have legal support in dealing with this issue and have saved all communication threads as proof. Despite some recent negative reviews, the majority of my feedback is positive. I am frustrated by the lack of direct communication with Etsy representatives regarding this issue and hope for a fair review of my case. I value the integrity of my shop and seek a resolution to this matter promptly.
